She and her office assistant, Jenkyns, were very helpful with the collection of my paperwork and exam results for my VA process. When I called the office for help, the medical assistant ("Katie") was dismissive, unhelpful, and took zero accountability for the mistake - not even an "I'm sorry". Instead of treating this like the post-operative medication error that it was, I was met with attitude and reluctance to assist. Dr. Christianson himself seems fine, but the office staff is clearly disorganized and indifferent to patient care. Sending pain medication to the wrong pharmacy after surgery is not a minor inconvenience -- it's a failure of basic medical administration.
