Carson Hearing Care - Phenomenal care, highly recommended! - Hearing Aid Providers Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

They take very good care of their customers. I have been with them for over two years with only great results.

I was referred by a friend to visit Carson's Hearing Care to get my hearing assessed. I saw Dr. Robin Carson and was very impressed with my whole experience. I was impressed with her and her staff's passion, expertise, professionalism, commitment and sincere care for helping their clients. Even though they have a lot of other clients, they treated me like I was their only one! I certainly will be using Carson's Hearing Care for all my hearing issues. Sincerely, Rick Kubes read more

I've been a Carson Hearing Care customer for over 5 years. This team is fabulous and has that "can do" attitude. They're great in other words. I live in Angel Fire, NM (a 10 hour drive), but yet they still provide remote care, honor their word and their warranties. If you want a team of qualified, responsive experts, give Robin and her team a try!!! read more

Absolutely fantastic place for any of your hearing needs. The staff is friendly and engaging, they are very helpful throughout the entire experience during your office visit. For me I wear sunscreen daily so a small amount was located in a place where I had difficulty getting to it. Thus a small wax build up occurred. Using the flush system I was completely cleared in less than a minute. Easy to get to there location and the quality of service exceptional. Also they are TikTok famous, if your young like me that means something special. I want to thank everyone at Carson Hearing Center for helping me get my week off to a great start. read more

Nice facility, nice front office staff. Unfortunately for me my ears were fairly clean so I was unable to have the air cleaning done. I was super upset about that but I guess it's a good thing. It was pretty cool to see the inside of my ear with the camera. read more

Incredible care from this office. Dr. Erich Gessling sat down with me and listened intently to my descriptions of what was going on in my left ear and he then ran some tests and got me going in the right direction for further care. Went in today to see Robin Carson for my follow up on my hearing aids. Love this office.... immediately greeted with a smile and a hi from the receptionist and Eric, a soon to be permanent member greets me with a smile. Robin, as usual is so thorough and helpful. She listens to everything I say and I just mentioned a small thing I had noticed with my hearing aids, and boom... she had a solution. Much improved too ! I am so happy I did my research and chose to go see an Audiologist, especially Robin... rather than going to a discount place to get them. I highly recommend Robin Carson and her office. You won't be disappointed! read more

Robin and staff are AMAZING! Having worn hearing aids since i was a little girl, it's always scary to try new things. Robin and Alex have been such a joy to work with. I'm hearing better than ever! You know those misheard song lyric videos? I could star in my own episode! Understanding my sweet granddaughter has been such a blessing and so heartwarming! Kudos Carson Hearing Center! read more

Robin has been exceptional in every aspect; Genuine and caring. Informed and professional. Personable and courteous. The fact that she asks to be called by her first name is very inclusive, and rare in the medical field. Amy made it easy to schedule appointments, a definite plus. Robin was honest about the issues and options. Look forward to a long association with her. I researched on Yelp for four star + reviews with customer service huge on my criteria. Agree with all the raves. Convenient parking and location. Highly recommend. read more

The Carson Hearing Care team is the best I have ever encountered. Each of them is caring, compassionate, friendly, and professional. Erich took his time explaining the testing process, set up the hearing aid app on my iPhone, and thoroughly demonstrated the operation of my hearing aids. At no time did I feel rushed. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Carson Hearing Care. Great job! read more

I moved from Marin County, CA. to Fort Worth approximately a year ago and was in need of a good audiologist. My first experience was to one that I found on the internet and we were not a good fit. His interest was strictly financial. I left very dissatisfied and never returned. I sent him an e-mail regarding my experience and he never bothered to respond. My girl friend started asking friends as to who was the most competent audiologist in town and the overwhelming recommendations, hands down, was Dr. Robin Carson. She is very professional, personable and competent. She has a wonderful zest for life & loves providing excellent service with phenomenal results. She exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend seeing her, if you are hearing challenged. BTW her office administrator is also friendly & professional. Dr. Teddy Springfield read more

I could not be happier with my experience with Carson hearing and Dr. Gessling. I have struggled with situational hearing for years and have gone to other places in the past, never achieving the results I got in a matter of two weeks with Dr. Gessling. Not only was he thorough in testing, he thoroughly explained the process so I knew exactly what to expect. They worked seamlessly with my insurance so there were no questions and were up front about everything. They are amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results. read more

the people and their service at carson hearing care have changed my life and i am forever grateful!

I was playing bridge with my regular foursome when one of the players asked if we noticed anything different about her. We couldn't guess. She was wearing hearing aids. She couldn't rave enough about Carson hearing. A few weeks later, I thought I might be having a hearing problem. I made an appointment with Dr. Carson. The exam revealed ear wax as the immediate problem. At the same time she wanted to report for my consideration that my hearing was not equal in each ear. I am of advanced age. It was suggested I might wish to have hearing aids to help with walking balance. She made it clear that she was not trying to sell me something. I thought she made a good point and bought them on the spot. I do find an advantage to wearing them and am grateful for her continuing interest and care. It is my pleasure to recommend her practice highly. read more
