Absolutely fantastic place for any of your hearing needs. The staff is friendly and engaging, they are very helpful throughout the entire experience during your office visit. For me I wear sunscreen daily so a small amount was located in a place where I had difficulty getting to it. Thus a small wax build up occurred. Using the flush system I was completely cleared in less than a minute. Easy to get to there location and the quality of service exceptional. Went in today to see Robin Carson for my follow up on my hearing aids. Love this office.... immediately greeted with a smile and a hi from the receptionist and Eric, a soon to be permanent member greets me with a smile. Robin, as usual is so thorough and helpful. She listens to everything I say and I just mentioned a small thing I had noticed with my hearing aids, and boom... she had a solution. Much improved too ! I was playing bridge with my regular foursome when one of the players asked if we noticed anything different about her. We couldn't guess. She was wearing hearing aids. She couldn't rave enough about Carson hearing. A few weeks later, I thought I might be having a hearing problem. I made an appointment with Dr. Carson. The exam revealed ear wax as the immediate problem. At the same time she wanted to report for my consideration that my hearing was not equal in each ear. I am of advanced age. It was suggested I might wish to have hearing aids to help with walking balance. She made it clear that she was not trying to sell me something. I thought she made a good point and bought them on the spot. I do find an advantage to wearing them and am grateful for her continuing interest and care.
