It…read morestarted after I used a Qtip to clean my ears out and read online that it actually pushes the earwax in deeper. I was experincing pressure on my ear drums so gave them a call and they set me up with an appointment right away. When I went to my appointment they looked inside my ears and said they are perfectly clean. Turns out that my presure on my ear drum's was due to allergies, not earwax like I imagined. I am writing this review because it is so hard to find businesses that turn business away anymore. I had no reason to be there, I am young with great hearing and perfectly clean ears. They could have told me and sold me on just about anything because I was afraid I ruined my ears but they didn't try to do that. They were honest and let me know everything was alright and sent me out the door without charging me a penny because I didn't need any services from them. They could have easily put me on their ear cleaning water machine and charged me and I wouldn't know the difference. Now I'm not advocating to come here to get free checkups(if they do that Idk). Im just making the point that if you do have an actual ear problem that this is the place to go. They won't try to sell you extra stuff you don't need. They weren't after my money in this experience, I truly believe they are after making people better.

Went here because I had previously been to see Dr. Blaising. Had hearing tested and hearing aids…read morewere recommended. However, the brand that she is promoting does not adequately filter out background noise. Still could not hear conversation in busy environment, nor hear wife when I need to. Had to go to Miracle ear to get a second opinion, to find out that I would need to get a more expensive hearing aid to adequately filter out the noise. Dr. Blaising could have told me that up front.
