After my 1st injection in my left shoulder, I told the girl, "that shot hurt". She told me to move the arm, rub it and pain will go away. The following 2 weekly visits, I requested shot in hip. I told her no more shots in arm bc it still hurt, having trouble lifting arm. I was told the same thing. Just keep a watch on it and it will get better. I missed my next 2 appts because of the pain. Then I was called, I told the manager I was not going back until I find out what is wrong with my arm. I was told I need a letter from dr stating I can not get any more injections in order for a refund. I have sent it in twice, I have yet to hear from anyone. It has been constant pain, during these months. I am using my arm less and less it has affected my daily life work & personal. Here we are, from Sept/Oct until present. I now need to have surgery due to the injection being given incorrectly, causing SIRVA. This occurs when an intramuscular deltoid injection is administered into the shoulder joint. Results in inflammatory process that causes damage to the musculoskeletal structures including bursae, tendons and ligaments. You lose range of motion in your arm, sometimes it can take weeks, months before you find out what the problem it. The pain usually starts within 48 hrs of injection. (read up on SIRVA). Like others, I have called and emailed and get same response. I'm told I may have already had a underlying problem that surfaced and it that is not their fault per the staff, manager. I did not have any problems with my shoulder prior.

She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

Staff suffers from "addition/subtraction deficiencies" in determining where there has been a "loss" of inches. This service only made me itch terribly late in the night after the day it was administered (six times), and they "guarantee" it only if you don't lose a total of at least three inches: three total inches spread out over 11 measurements. Anyone with brains can tell you that, with several different people measuring you across all those times, doing it by hand each time, if you don't "lose" three inches total just from making the tape measure tighter or measuring slightly higher or lower than the last tech did, you're not doing it right... ;-) So, interesting to try merely to have one anecdotal element to add when you're out with your girlfriends, but, per usual: caveat emptor!
