Still can't get anyone on the phone. If you're LUCKY you will go to voicemail. It's more likely however that someone will pick up the call and then hang it...because they don't want to answer? Their job is too hard? I don't know but apparently time did not heal this places wounds. Frustrating part is the place still seems super busy whenever I do get in there. We all deserve better. The initial exam and surgery to clear out my sinuses was fine but during the follow ups Dr Watkins seemed put out by my questions and left my nose and upper lip seriously bruised. He really seemed to like being surrounded by pretty nurses and it was a bit creepy. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Callahan for a few years now, just had my second sinus surgery to clear out the scar tissue. So far everything is healing nicely. Dr. Callahan is amazing, and had such great bed side manners and knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend him. Also I have had a great experience with all the staff. read more

My niece was referred to Dr Sean Callahan and I decided to tag along. I've gotten positive feedback from people who have seen him and wanted to meet him personally. The office was easy to find and the facility itself was very nice inside. We checked in at the front and both receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was spacious and they even had a room off to the side for the little ones to play in. We didn't wait too long after my niece's appointment time. The medical assistant that brought her back was very nice. She was personable and made light conversation with us. She was efficient with setting up the equipment for the scope. Dr. Callahan came in shortly after and took the time to introduce himself and shake our hands. He did not rush looking over the records that my niece had brought in and listened to her as she explained her symptoms. He was thorough with the scope procedure and explained his findings in a straightforward and informative manner. Overall I was very happy with this office. Dr Watkins was the worst. Had turbinate reduction after the procedure he totally dipped on me. I never got to see him again to get advice being able to breathe better going forward. I did, however, get to see every person on his staff so I could be billed even more. A year and a half later when I thought I might have hearing issue, I tried to make an appointment and was given a 6 month wait. As a former patient.... Yeah whatever. The front staff makes fun of the way patients look and even after speaking with the practice manager about it months ago and her stating she knows the person is a huge problem and she knows she needs to go is still there. And gives people nasty looks all the time. The front line people are absolutely terrible, rude... when you get them on the phone. Avoid at all costs. I think the physicians are prob pretty good but it's not worth dealing with the front line staff. It's terrible and I try so hard not to leave bad reviews. I saw Dr Watkins last June for tinnitus. They tested my hearing. I saw the doctor for a brief time and he told me he'd see me next year. Really? That's it? I did some research on tinnitus, there are so many causes. A few months later I began to experience other symptoms. I went back to my primary doctor who attempted to get me back in to this office. I was told there was nothing more they could do for me. What doctor office says that!!! It's a year later and they're reminding me of my yearly exam. Why would I go back if they told me they couldn't help me?!? I called to ask and the nurse tried to tell me I was confused and that they just couldn't get me in. If that were the case, they would have tried to schedule something. I know the difference between unavailable appointments and being told they COULDN'T do ANYTHING for me. Don't waste your time. I was referred to Dr. Sean Callahan by my audiologist at Carson Audiology. I have constant ringing in my ear, Tinnitus. The staff was so genuine In a warm welcoming way from the time I arrived to the time I checked out. I had a hearing test administered and it was very insightful. I was seen promptly by Dr. Callahan. What a great doctor. He explained Tinnitus to me in lay terms. I already knew there was much that could be done for my issue. I wanted to ensure there were no underlying issues that I should be concerned about. I have glad I now have a relationships with Fort Worth ENT in case I do need them again in the future. read more

(A negative star rating is what I'd give, but they only have 1-5 stars... the office staff has to be the issue.. Dr Watkins was helpful when seen once since then no contact and can't get in contact to explain how the staff are ruining their reputation. I had surgery with Callahan in 2021 and service was great. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this point. My husband & my self have called so many times we stopped counting since the end of August 2024 to schedule surgery for infected sinuses. Dr Watkins said he needed surgery soon as possible gave my husband 3 weeks of antibiotics to help clear sinuses best it could for surgery. That was August 16th. Since end of august we spoke to 1 staff member who said she needed more info to schedule would locate the info and call us back to schedule.. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED!! The front staff do not answer the phones, my dr tried and they let that line go to answering service stating they are busy and will call you back. Exactly how busy could they be to COMPLETELY IGNORE PATIENTS WHO go to the physician and in some fashion help PAY THEIR SALARIES??! Maybe the medical board & insurance company can help get our money back. they accepting our insurance & money said he needed surgery asap and won't following through with services. We have to start over new practice, Dr and incur more charges as a new patient and the waiting game starts all over. We don't know what else to do. It's obvious this practice needs to be evaluated desperately and regroup. Major issues lie somewhere and who takes ownership shop at the office? I wouldn't recommend until everything was resolved! I got my Dog into the vet for surgery faster than they have my husband. The surgery went well. The doctor was great. Hence, two stars instead of one. They sent a number of bills. The last one seemed to be after the deductible was met. They told me not to pay it, so I didn't. Case closed? Nope. One full year later, I get a call and they want another thousand dollars. Very aggravating, so I won't be going back and they get some lousy reviews on the Internet. No issues with billing or insurance with the other providers involved. Just Fort Worth ENT. And it wasn't the first deductible issue. A year ago I had to point that they had the deductible amount met and the amount remaining reversed, so how can I trust them now? I was seen one week ago by Eliza PA. I thought she was very good, prompt, personal, and professional. After my exam she stated I needed to have an MRI/ MRA.of my brain. I am still waiting on that office to send the order to the imaging company. I have called the office at least 4 times, and I cannot talk with a person. This is so unprofessional. I am a retired Nurse Practitioner and my pts would have fired me if this was the kind of care given. That order should have been done at the time of my visit. I would not recommend this office. Almost $1800 for a new patient office visit, first time coming into this office. I'm sure they're great but let's not get ahead of ourselves. I have great insurance and my regular speciality co-pay is $50, but when checking in I was handed a mobile tablet and informed I needed to fill out my NP paperwork, OK. No problem! and then...... give my banking information, consenting to a pay in full, partial or quarterly payments of a fee of $1800, plus my $50 co-pay, mind you this is all before I am even able to see the provider and they are even able to assess any of symptoms or determine if they can even help me. read more

DO NOT GET A SLEEP STUDY HERE. They did an excellent job on my deviated septum surgery but DO NOT GET A SLEEP STUDY HERE. I went in for my check up on surgery and told them I was snoring. They said we can do an easy sleep study. I agreed. They charged me 150 for a test that my insurance 100% pays for. They promised as soon as I do the test they will refund me. I do the test the same night. I call them and they said we got it & you will be refunded. That was 5 weeks ago and still no refund. They also charge you an office free to get your results. read more

I used to be a fan of this practice. Then, in late August it began. After several phone calls (ALL UNANSWERED) and voice mails left (NONE RETURNED) over 3 days, out of frustration I called once more and let 'em have it. No threats, just an observation as to why I hadn't heard from them. On Sep 3rd I received a letter via registered mail saying that Dr Jeremy Watkins (who up until then I'd adored) was no longer able to treat me. I've not been able to speak with anyone via phone or in-person visit to discuss the problem. There had been plans in place to perform a procedure in September that would have taken care of a sinus issue I'd been dealing with for quite some time. And now, since they kicked me to the curb, I'm still dealing with the sinus issue (a constantly dripping nose). Today is Nov 2nd and I'm still dripping. Do not work here unless you want to be miserable. Pam in scheduling is a complete miserable human that loves to constantly micromanage & tattle on employees to the managers. It's honestly really pathetic too, she's pretty notorious for being rude with patients on the phone. Pam being geriatric means everyone just feels obligated to obey her commands. So anything she tells the manager will cost you a job. The manager is somehow unable to provide clear communication with individual employees in regards to job performance. The entire place is a clustered disaster. Everyone else there is wonderful, but my God... Someone throw Pam in a nursing home. read more

I was a patient of Dr Callahan's until recently. I went in for ear pain on my right ear, with what we believe was fluid build up. Unfortunately that concern was never truly fixed. I was however booked for a surgery that was unrelated to this (Look for Sydney B.'s review as it seems this is a common thing). I'm sure it could help my breathing, but not sure why the ear wasn't ever truly addressed outside of anti-biotics being called in. Dr Callahan has a great demeanor and bedside manner though. The real issue is with the front desk staff and some of the other staff as well. The office staff would get a 0 star rating from me if I could give it. They need to find better people for sure. Update on my previous review. Was pushed into surgery for my deviated septum and sinusitis. Immediately after the surgery I developed severe asthma. It's been 2 years now and specialists still can't figure out why and how to help me. I've tried numerous inhalers and therapies, yet I'm still struggling. They have ruined my life. I cannot even clean my house without having an asthma attack. Even after all of that, I called the office for the paperwork on my surgery and what exactly was done to me and no one ever got back to me and the front desk couldn't be bothered. read more

The automatic answering service sucks; it doesn't give a prompt to let you know whether your voicemail goes through or not. I tried leaving a detailed voicemail (because the staff never answers my phone calls) about getting more pain meds for my fiancee, who is in extreme pain from her tonsillectomy a week ago, but the office just left me another voicemail while I was at work asking me to call back because they didn't receive/listen to my original voicemail. Now, since the doctor's office closes ridiculously early and they don't answer their Goddamn phones, my fiancee has to try to eat and sleep tonight without more hydrocodone while her throat hurts so bad that she can barely even talk. The fact that they couldn't even give proper notice as to when her surgery would be scheduled until the day prior was a big warning that we should've gone elsewhere. The only reason I'm rating this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the surgery itself went quickly and the two nurses that helped my fiancee after it was completed were very nice. read more

This place is a joke!!!! Had allergy testing 3 weeks ago. They said they'd call with cost of shots vs drops and a surgery procedure. TWO WEEKS LATER, Mia calls to SCHEDULE the injections appt with NO INFO about cost. We ask about cost and she says she needs to "fill out a benefit form" and will call us back. Further delay while suffering with allergy symptoms. We speak to Deeka (sp) in billing to see if we can get pricing. She said the "Allergy Dept would need to give us that info" and the "Surgery Dept would need to call and give us info about the turbinate reduction". Horrible! The Google reviews are lies. Also, the allergy testing is very basic and not at all comprehensive as you would expect from an Allergist. Total joke and waste of time and money. You know, I do like the facility. I am getting help. But I have to tell you that I began calling for allergy drop refills the first week of December. Could not get through and left a message per instructions. 5 messages later over the next 2 weeks, I finally called a different department and they went down to the allergy dept and finally got a call back. They have had a lot of folks down, I get it, but post Christmas I'm still without the meds. They won't be ready until the first week of January. So basically over a month to get something filled. Normally, I don't do these things, but just know that contacting and working with the allergy department can be extremely frustrating and all they say is, "sorry about that". There were so many wrongs, $500 co pay and only nasal area addressed, left with ear wax in my left year, which prevented any observation of the real problem. Was told to put an entire syringe of hydrogen peroxide in my ear twice a day for 10 days then return. My pharmacist and on line, states never put HP, especially two tablespoons in ones ear.Four days later embarrassingly I cannot hear! I felt it was a inner ear infection but nothing was addressed except the wax and wanting me to do a hearing exam, not the reason of my visit. UPSALE Working the League rodeo today, no hearing in my left ear! OH AND CHECKOUT you won't get a detailed receipt unless you ask and it looks like Jen scratch with no specific details. Done! Loved the Doctor great bedside manners, but obviously since I can still not hear it was a worthless visit. Wish I had visited Neiman's and purchased the $500 boots I wanted. Terrible experience. Went in to get allergy treatment for my daughter. Dr. Watkins insisted that she needed surgery first. The surgery harmed her by making her worse. It's extremely difficult to get an appointment to get her seen. He has way too many patients and is spread so thin that there is no way he can provide quality care. I was a patient of this organization for the last four months. The doctor I saw and spoke to did an evaluation and had some recommendations. The next thing I know I am getting a call for surgery which the doctor never went over with me. I did not need a surgery and it seems that this was going to be an issue moving forward as I was confused with other patients, my appointments were moved or canceled without me knowing, and I've still been waiting to get seen so that I could start allergy therapy after four months. I would not recommend using this organization as they do not seem invested in their patients. My husband went in for hearing aids and because his insurance was similar to somebody else's who I had already gotten hearing aids they decided to order the lower cost approved hearing aids for him without discussing it or waiting for approval on the ones they originally spoke to him about. read more

What a crock. Needed help for vertigo. They did nothing for me! Gave me a hearing test, then Dr. W. tried to get me to sign on for an mri and a bunch of neurological tests for a condition (bppv) that is as common as dirt. Then they said I'd have to schedule therapy in future for the reason I came in that very day. No help for the condition. And all they want is $$$$. Avoid avoid avoid. read more

Doctors are good but the building has problems. Despite this being a new location, no one planned the space well. You will find there's almost no parking, so you might be late for your appointment waiting for a spot to open up. When you go for your allergy shot, the waiting room is tiny, has only 2 chairs and one of them is roped off (Covid) so one person gets to sit and four people stand, waiting after their shot. Still not social distancing, people! Maybe it's a good practice but they need to remodel the brand new building to offer adequate seating and better parking for their clients. read more

Dr Watkins and his staff have been very professional and kind to me. After years of headaches due to deviated septum Dr Watkins corrected for me and now I actually feel air going into my upper sinuses. He does want his own CT run on his equipment that is in house. So no waiting to be scheduled. I would recommend Fort Worth ENT. I have read about rude staff and since that was six to eight years ago I wish those were removed. read more
