The office was easily accessible from a main freeway and parking was right in front of the office. The office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Ali used clear communication in explaining things I needed to understand. This was much appreciated. He made me comfortable with the not so pleasant scope process too. I have not seen another doctor other than Dr. Schaffer and Dr. Ali in 35 years nor would I care to see another doctor. When I first came to Texas I sought out an ENT because I already had a mastoidectomy in one ear. The first doctor I went to told me I just needed to clean out my ear with alcohol. After I picked my mouth off the floor I begin to find a real ENT doctor. My search led me to Dr Schaffer and I have been completely satisfied with both doctors in my 35 years. I am really hoping that Dr Ali does not retire anytime soon. I would really hate to lose him as a valued partner within my medical circle. Thank you Dr Ali for being the very best at what you do.

Office wait time ranged from 15 to 30 minutes, though there was one occasion where we were in and out fast. That was nice, but probably not "normal" (for ANY doctor's office). All of the office staff I interacted with were very nice and friendly. Dr. Palmer did a great job removing my toddlers adenoids and tonsils, and she's been sleeping so much better.

In all I went in about 12 times for different tests or followups. Never really got answers. The equipment in the office is faulty. Stress test didn't work, and when they took my blood pressure a couple of different times it was off the charts, one time it errored out, and caused bruises, but when they checked manually it was good. (I don't have high blood pressure), the tech said "oh do you have a blood clot in the other arm?" What? Insinuating that I had a blood clot and that is what caused the error. The office staff is probably the worst I have ever encountered. They can't answer questions, and will literally lie with excuses. When I finally found a new cardiologist, (only because I needed clearance for a hip surgery) he was shocked at the amount of testing that was done. The only meds I am on is one aspirin a day and she told me exercise and eat healthy. Racked up alot of bills, because it was so excessive the insurance quit covering it. She also charges to talk to you on the phone. And will charge twice in one day, if you use the at home heart monitor. I think the dr is very knowledgeable and if I had actually had a problem maybe she would have helped me. But the staff and faulty equipment make the experience awful.

Complicated because they only do each test on certain days of the week (so stress tests only on Tuesdays, echo's only on Wednesdays, etc.). After the three tests, Dr. Farah didn't go over the results. She only told me there was an abnormality, and I needed two more tests. I was terrified. When the front office scheduled those tests for 6 weeks later, I wondered if I needed to go to the ER since I might die in the next 6 weeks from this abnormality. After those tests, Dr. Farah said "low risk" but recommended more tests. After the next test, I watched her write "mild" in her notes, but then she recommended a medication that would dramatically change my lifestyle (she also undersold the side effects as I later learned). I sought a second opinion. He said all of my results were what he'd expect for an average 50 year old who cycles a lot (he took the time to know that I bicycle 5,000-10,000 miles a year; she ignored that when I volunteered the information). I will never go back to Dr. Farah. I wasted $500 in copays and a lot of my time.

I came in today, only to get turned around because Dr. Hughes refuses to prescribe this medicine. This costed me a whole day of work, which I can't miss another day for weeks now to see Dr. Hanby. I asked if there was anything else he could do to help and was denied even that. Even if I couldn't get the medication I could have at least gotten some kind of help, instead of being completely turned away. I thought about just doing teledoc, I have insurance. They do not accept insurance here. The only reason I come here is that it's usually fairly quick and easy care. This experience may be the reason that I won't come back. The entire clinic is pin drop quiet and I'm in here watching movies waiting for service.

Woman said if any problems she would give me a call. Day before appointment someone call says I have a appointment but they don't know what it's for. I explained the situation to her about the referral. She said I need to get lab work done that day for my appointment. I said no it's already been done. She gave me a number of their referral person to call to figure out the problem with the referral . I said no I'm the patient you call it's your job. Day of appointment 9:30 am. Walk up to the window lady says they are not receiving patients yet (it's 9:20) have a seat. Four people sitting already waiting. The person sitting next to me gives a look of frustration so I ask what time is his appointment and with which doctor. His appointment 9:00 same doctor I find out the other patients are also for same doctor. I ask the receptionist what's going on? She informed me the Doctor was running behind. She also informed me that he is pretty quick so the wait won't be that long. We informed her of all the issues I've had making this appointment and it isn't a good thing that a doctor is quick. At that point I left the office shaking my head. As I left I said good luck to the patient I talked to earlier. Other patient walked up to the window got his paperwork canceled his appointment a walked out right behind me. Overall to me this office is unprofessional and they really don't care about the patient . This whole experience from making the appointment to appointment day was horrendous. Stay away.
