He ordered an MRI since I'm a competitive athlete and needed to know the extent of the injury. Then his assistant called me with "results" that were very vague; I had questions she couldn't answer, and they don't do "follow-ups" to go over results. What? I had to request the follow-up by complaining, then they finally got me in. During the follow-up, he explained the extent of the injury and what it meant (how long I would have to offload, physical therapy, etc.). He stated his team would get back to me immediately to refer me to a physical therapy/rehab place he recommended. Well, that call never came. It's been 2 months, and they never followed through, not even to see how I was doing- nothing. I moved from out of state, and the doctors I had in high school and college always followed through with PT and checked in to see how the injured patient/athlete was doing. Zilch. Needless to say, we switched providers to a completely different group in Fort Worth. What a difference! I would never come back here again; so disappointing. I was in so much pain; I expected such a large office that bills so much to insurance to do their job. Maybe they are not very passionate about their careers, but it all comes down to the staff/people you hire and how they are trained. Dr. Blueitt is equally responsible for not following through. Oh, and he lied to us and said he had tried to call our phone numbers- total lie. We answer our phone all the time and had no missed calls after the MRI, which is when we complained that no one called to go over the results, since it was indeed a stress fracture. Avoid this place like the plague if you want thorough, professional care.

I have a 96 year old mother who has been a patient of Dr. Ross for several years. his entire staff…read morehas been rude, and has been very hateful, inconsiderate, and very disrespectful to me when I have taken her to see this man. My mom is 96 years old recently broke both pelvis and was in and out of the hospitals and rehabs for months. She is still getting physical therapy and has a nurse come once a week. She is still recovering from her fall. She got phenomonia and was very ill in the hospital for several days and is still recovering from that. On top of her recent health issues she has osteoporosis and COPD. Dr Ross will not sign orders for her to get the Medicade help she needs. I personally have been struggling to get my mom on Medicade due to her financial status. I have spent months going through this process.. I spent many hours online working on this application. One of the things in the process is to have a doctor sign forms. I took the form to his office. Mind you this man will not accept fax's so you have to hand deliver forms. I took the form into the office. The staff was very RUDE . On the phone I was told you can bring the form in but he won't sign it. I took the form into the office and was told he couldn't get to it today he has a full schedule. I asked, can you please call me once the form is looked at or signed. Never received a phone call or update. Finally I called them back and was told my mom doesn't need extra help. That was my first experience with these rude, incompetent ladies at the front desk. In the meantime I'm still struggling with the Medicade website and paperwork. I finally get Medicade approved after months of waiting and correcting firms and we get aa assessment. It was done at her home . A Medicade representative came out. We Waited another 6 weeks for approval. I finally called Medicade lady who did assessment and she said my mom had been approved. The services she was applying for was for a agency to come into her home and help with cleaning , bathing, laundry food preparation and general home help. The agency called and said Medicade had approved these services and that they would fax over the paperwork for her dr to sign. I immediately told the agency that her dr had refused to sign the Medicade paperwork for me in the past. The lady said she would give them a call. She was told immediately on the phone that her daughter(me) had brought in paperwork a few weeks earlier and that he would not sign the papers. She was also told they DO NOT ACCEPT FAX. The agency took the paperwork into dr Ross office. Again was met by the same rude, arrogant and disrespectful staff who told her that he wouldn't be able to sign for a couple of days and that he would not sign the paperwork due to my mom was healthy.snd didn't need any services. I personally have taken my mom on several occasions to her appointments with dr Ross. Not only do you have to set 2 plus hours ( we waited 3 at one appointment) deal with the rude bitches at the desk but his nurse was rude, hateful and disrespectful. This dr abuses Medicare $ . He had my 96 year old mother coming into his office every 3 months for blood work . Then makes her schedule follow up appointment to get results. He bills Medicare for 2 appointments , you spend hours sitting in his office. While waiting you deal with Mary the rude office staff . When you finally get into a room you wait and deal with the rude nurse. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR! I have never experienced such challenges to get help for my mother. She is a fall risk, is on a walker still getting physical therapy to walk. Has severe osteoporosis, hard hearing and struggling on a fixed income of 1200.00 a month. My sister and I have had to not only work our jobs but take in and care for my mom. Not sure how many doctors will not accept faxed documents. I have had plenty of doctors in my 64 years that have always faxed records. I have been told by Mary , numerous times that I would get a call back on issues I have had to deal with. My sister had had the same issues. They never return phone calls , don't accept fax and are incompetent , hateful and useless staff . I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO THIS OFFICE!!

Monty V. Trimble, MD…read more I have had years of struggling with allergies and chronic sinus problems, and have seen many different ENTs. Without going into the weeds, I have undergone extensive sinus surgery. I eventually left my previous ENT and found Dr. Monty Trimble through a friend's recommendation, and the difference has been remarkable. Dr. Trimble has an extraordinary understanding of the anatomy and function of the nose and sinuses, but what sets him apart is that he actually teaches his patients. For the first time, I understand not only what has been done to my sinuses, but how the structures of the nose are supposed to regulate airflow, provide moisture, and protect the sinuses--and what can happen when those structures are significantly altered. I only wish I had been given this kind of understandable explanation before undergoing previous procedures, including a meaningful discussion of how changes to my anatomy could affect me long-term. Dr. Trimble explains what he sees, why I experience the symptoms I do, what can and cannot be corrected, and what I can realistically expect going forward. After so many years and so many ENTs, finding a physician with this combination of knowledge, candor, and communication skills has been invaluable to me. I only wish my previous ENTs had been as knowledgeable. I also give high scores, and a big thank you to Courtney Leslie, P.A. and the entire staff.

In all I went in about 12 times for different tests or followups. Never really got answers. The equipment in the office is faulty. Stress test didn't work, and when they took my blood pressure a couple of different times it was off the charts, one time it errored out, and caused bruises, but when they checked manually it was good. (I don't have high blood pressure), the tech said "oh do you have a blood clot in the other arm?" What? Insinuating that I had a blood clot and that is what caused the error. The office staff is probably the worst I have ever encountered. They can't answer questions, and will literally lie with excuses. When I finally found a new cardiologist, (only because I needed clearance for a hip surgery) he was shocked at the amount of testing that was done. The only meds I am on is one aspirin a day and she told me exercise and eat healthy. Racked up alot of bills, because it was so excessive the insurance quit covering it. She also charges to talk to you on the phone. And will charge twice in one day, if you use the at home heart monitor. I think the dr is very knowledgeable and if I had actually had a problem maybe she would have helped me. But the staff and faulty equipment make the experience awful.

On my…read morefirst visit, an NP charged me a copay to tell me I would need three tests before I saw Dr. Farah. Complicated because they only do each test on certain days of the week (so stress tests only on Tuesdays, echo's only on Wednesdays, etc.). After the three tests, Dr. Farah didn't go over the results. She only told me there was an abnormality, and I needed two more tests. I was terrified. When the front office scheduled those tests for 6 weeks later, I wondered if I needed to go to the ER since I might die in the next 6 weeks from this abnormality. After those tests, Dr. Farah said "low risk" but recommended more tests. After the next test, I watched her write "mild" in her notes, but then she recommended a medication that would dramatically change my lifestyle (she also undersold the side effects as I later learned). I sought a second opinion. He said all of my results were what he'd expect for an average 50 year old who cycles a lot (he took the time to know that I bicycle 5,000-10,000 miles a year; she ignored that when I volunteered the information). I will never go back to Dr. Farah. I wasted $500 in copays and a lot of my time.
