Then they performed an 'endoscopy', where they scoped my ears, nose and throat. All to tell me I need a $4,000 surgery (balloon sinuplasty) to correct my seasonal allergies. I was then prescribed an antibiotic, steroid, and nasal spray. This visit ended up costing me hundreds of dollars due to unnecessary procedures. I suggest seeing your PCP for allergy issues before coming to this clinic. They are just looking to make money and don't do anything a PCP can't do for hundreds of dollars less. Unfortunate that healthcare providers are more than willing to perform unnecessary procedures just to make a quick buck from patients who are genuinely in need of care. Extremely disappointed in this clinic and it's practicing clinicians. All this clinic is looking to do is push patients towards having expensive surgery whether you need it or not.

I didn't even meet the doctor until literally 10 minutes before surgery. Some key points regarding my treatment were left out, and not explained until after the surgery was completed. This was the first time I actually had a real conversation with Dr. Trimble. He came across bored, fidgety, and a tad impatient. When I was confused about ongoing treatment (which no one had explained to me previously), he said the weirdest thing. He shrugged and said, "When you chose to live in this area, you chose to be be unhealthy." What?? I decided to find a different ENT.

Definitely recommend…read more If you're still reading, I started out with seeing the PA and she assessed the situation and then scheduled me for testing. The audiology department was amazing and then I was referred to have CTs done to recreate my sinus cavity area and my inner ears. Following that I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Dean, he was able to explain everything that was going on and I felt very comfortable with his explanations. I scheduled my surgery before the end of the year as soon as I could and this is my story. They did two different procedures and I was really out of it last night but doing much better today. Woke up feeling a little congested but that's what was to be expected post surgery for the next 3 days. A little sore but not a lot of pain. Yes, my appointment was supposed to be at 1:15 and I didn't get seen until probably 3:45 for my procedure, but delays are to be expected. All in all, I understood from working in the dental field for 18 years, that surgery and timing never goes as you expect. There were some patience before me that had come from out of state and they had a lot of questions which then made everything take a lot longer. My daughter (11 years old) had a hard time with me having surgery, but she got to come back with me during my pre-surgery prep. The nurse was great with her and answered any questions she had. Both the Anesthesiologist and the ENT doctor came in and answered any questions we had. I really didn't have any, the doctor explained everything so well at my last appointment. My daughter got to ask questions if she wanted to, but she seemed much better after talking with the nurse for a while. They were all so understanding and kind to my daughter. I love that the nurse connected with her on a personal level. It seemed to help relax her anxiety connecting on a more personal level, which in turn relaxed me. I walked back to the procedure room in the office and my daughter went out to the front with her Daddy (my husband). The procedure was supposed to take about 45 minutes then about 30 for recovery. There wasn't much pain that I was feeling except for a lot of pressure on my nose. We used an ice pack and I had an additional Tylenol on top of the meds that they gave me in the office, which helped. I'm so thankful for this ENT as I've been in pain for the last 6 years. I had a post nasal drip in my left ear. It would run down my left ear and into the back of my throat down my neck. I've also had several ear infections along the way. He was very concerned about my issues. We did did audiology hearing tests, because I'm hard of hearing on that side too. We also did two CTs of my ear canal and my sinus is where they recreated 3D. I'm so thankful I did because he found something that my Kaiser doctors did not find 6 years ago. They brushed it off and told me that it was a post nasal drip and I needed to just get on an allergy medication, nasal spray and learn to live with it as this, was my new normal. (Their words). I didn't appreciate the first Kaiser's ENT's answer so I saw a second one for another opinion. He saw that I had seen the first doctor and he said, "Oh he's really good, I agree with his findings." I felt hopeless. I am so glad that I went and saw Dr. Marc Dean and he was able to help me. Because of the CT he was able to find things that the other doctors didn't see. Also he asked me if I had lost my sense of taste and smell. Well of course I had covid in 2021 and yeah I have lost some of my taste and smell. He said that there was some bone that was covering a part of something and if he were to remove that I would most likely get all of my smell and taste back. What it wasn't covid related. That's awesome! Hopefully, I recover well and if you're still reading this, thank you. This is my story and I am so happy to be on the other side of this at this point. I hope that my healing goes well and the procedures were successful. Dr. Marc Dean and his staff are just the best!

Cant talk to no one, always on hold, every number is picked up by same person, long hold times. Paying a bill online is a joke because you can't see the bill attached to the account. I heve been messing around with them for weeks because I can't make it in to just pay the MF bill. I hate this billing department so much. Oh and this was just for my allergy testing that I is a $1,000 for after insurance. I would never recommend this place to anyone. RUN THE OTHER DIRRECTION. Oh and I have paid half of my bill and I keep getting billed for the full amount. Can't talk to anyone to resolve the issue. Help me understand this insanity.
