This is how much I trust Dr. Suver…read more Every time my partner and I consider buying a new home, we pull up Google maps and run my "ultimate test": how far will this house be from Dr. Suver. Dr Suver is one of the best humans I know. Seriously. I just came back from a 10 day vipassana meditation retreat. For those of you who don't know, your day starts when you wake up at 4 am and ends at 9 pm. Most of the day you're sitting and meditating. No phones. No talking. Naturally, I was super nervous about it in general because of all the chronic pain I have day to day that builds up in my neck and spine. If I sit the wrong way, it ends up feeling like it's burning between my vertebrae and my muscles and connective tissue. There are times the pain is so much and leads to anxiety and depression, but seeing Dr Suver for the past two years is what has gotten me through most of it. So the week prior I had a mysterious flare up on my right rib which ended up traveling and locking up my entire neck. I was in sooooo much pain. I reached out to dr Suver (who was on vacation with his family mind you) about my concerns and not only did he give me a bunch of suggestions... he reached out a day later to tell me he set something up with a colleague who has his own private practice. He even called in a favor negotiated a special rate since my rates are much lower at Dr Suver's. Also.. my adjustments require laser precision. I'm one of the more extreme clients who can't just get adjusted by any 'ol chiropractor. He explained to his colleague exactly how to adjust me so I wouldn't have to. Not that I would know. Seriously he is so intuitive. I can go in with pain and guarding and within seconds, he knows exactly where I need an adjustment. I just cannot praise him enough. You have no idea how much that means as a person who has chronic pain. I still had some residual pain on my neck but it was enough to make me feel comfortable going and sitting. It's rare to meet businesses who continually care for you after the initial honeymoon first impression phase. I think I've been with Dr Suver for two years now and I'm not looking back! Seriously. Check my former reviews and reach out to dr Suver now!!!!

Absolutely would recommend Dr. Suver to anyone thinking about chiropractic medicine and…read moremanipulation. Dr. Suver is incredible due to his genuine efforts to listen and adjust accordingly to each patients' specific condition, week by week. On weeks when things were rough or I was in a weak state, he was great about backing off and only ramping it up when appropriate. He did an excellent job gauging when my body and mind were able to take heavy or light work. Initially Dr. Suver did the proper groundwork with verbal, physical, and imaging diagnostics. He did a great job of walking me through the process. I did find relief and aid from his adjustments as well as the massage therapist who is a part of SCLC (Trevor). That said, many weeks it was extremely intense and exhausting as my body reacted to the adjustments. Dr. Suver was clear and honest from the beginning saying that the fairly severe issues with my atlas (connection area between top of spine and skull) and lower lumbar could be improved but potentially not solved completely but he would do his best. I appreciated that honesty and that clear expectations were set. No fairy tales. We agreed on a 6 months timeline of treatments to try to make it work. After the 6 months I stopped seeing Dr. Suver due to the cost struggling to cover things out of pocket and it seemed we had reached a wall of improvement. As opposed to the horror stories you may hear of providers trying to continuously tie a patient into further work, Dr. Suver understood the position and things finished well without any aggressive selling attempts. That said, I could tell Dr. Suver genuinely wished he could treat me longer because he wanted to solve the problem completely! A real class act. I noticed relief from his work and would absolutely recommend him. After a move from Seattle I have seen another chiropractor in network who confirmed much of Dr. Suver's professional opinion and added on PT/strengthening exercises in order to try to maintain and improve the efficacy of the adjustments. Thank you for all your hard work and kindness Dr. Suver!

Dr. Zach Zugschwerdt is the best in the business!…read more Dr. Zach has opened his own chiropractic and physical therapy business in an easy to get to location in South Lake Union/Lower Queen Anne area. I have followed Dr. Zach to every location he has been at in the past 3 years and I'm so glad he has a place to call his own. He has helped me recover from my car accident and sports injuries when I wasn't able to do any activity. Now I'm back to my old self and able to do what I did before. He is kind, positive, and works very hard. He combines chiropractic work with physical therapy exercises to get you where you want to be. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Zach and his level of care.

Nominally, he's a chiropractor, but he's unlike any chiropractor I've ever been to. With me at least, there's been very little traditional chiropracty and a lot more strength, stability, and dexterity training. After 2 mos. seeing Zach every one to two weeks, I've finally started to improve and I'm positive it's a result of his experience and style. Zach is pretty laid back but deep down he is a perfectionist which means he's super focused about helping you improve and he probably feels a bit of achievement when that happens (conjecture on my part...just my sense). But don't worry, he doesn't transfer that perfectionist impulse onto his patients...it's more about encouragement. Definitely check out Ideal Motion if you've been struggling to find improvement from other avenues (e.g. traditional physical therapy shops or chiropractors).

I know, weird, whatever. My co-worker highly recommended Dr. Wang so in I went. Since then, however, I started lifting weights and my body is now always out of alignment and injured and Dr. Wang is helping me work through my aches and pains and gives me great advice on how I can adjust my workouts to be more safe and friendly to my body. I come once a month and like other people have mentioned in their reviews, he doesn't try to get you to come in all the time, which has happened to me in the past. He's really flexible with scheduling and doesn't get bent out of shape (heh) if you're running late or can't make it in. Super chill. Lastly, one of my favorite things about coming in, is he has seriously the best massage chair. I've told him if it ever breaks or he gets rid of it, I'm not coming back. Haha! Kidding (sorta), but it's heaven. I highly recommend visiting if you're experiencing discomfort and need some adjusting.

This, coupled with still being quite active as I age, has inevitably led to some new injuries like a slipped SI joint and external hip rotation with knee pain-both of which scared the heck out of me. However, Dr. Dan was able to fix both issues using his gentle and effective chiropractic touch. It only took one visit for each injury-although I try to visit about once a month to get adjusted. He also gives excellent aftercare advice so that the healing process continues smoothly. If you are a somewhat sedentary desk worker who is also very active once you remove yourself from the glowing screen and have back, hip, knee, or other joint pain, my advice would be to see Dr. Dan at Core Chiropractic. He told me on my first visit that he wasn't going to waste my time and he will let me know by 3 visits if he can help me or not. He doesn't want to waste your money or time and is VERY straight forward. I like that because some other professionals might want you to keep coming to their practice for money. Dr Britton is not like that. He tells you how it is and what you can do to better yourself. I went to Dr Britton for 5-6 weeks to treat my sciatic nerve coming in everyday for the first two weeks (I had a pretty severe pinch) and three times a week for week 3 and 4 and two times a week the last two weeks. Dr B provided excellent professional advice in order for me to get better. I no longer have pain in my lower back. The facility isn't the most modern nor is their technology the most up to date, but the staff is excellent! They know how to provide customer service and quality care.
