I hired them to replace a roof and gutters recently (April 2025) and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. The quality--both in the customer service and actual work--has always been the best of the best. Nick, the owner, was my main point of contact. He provided a clear, detailed explanation of the work with a fully itemized breakdown. He (and everyone at REI) is honest, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to--Nick and his team answered all of my questions and concerns! The roof was done in a day, the gutters in about half a day, the crew was fantastic. They were friendly, professional and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with REI's work and highly recommend them. I got quotes from several companies and REI offered me a fair price, a 25-year workmanship guarantee, and handled everything with care! I never felt rushed and felt comfortable throughout the process. I knew I made the right choice by hiring them. It's rare to find a company that's professional, fairly priced while delivering top-quality work in a timely manner, but REI does and they do it well.
