We've come here a couple times and it just fails to be inspired. The location and the vibe are good. Plenty of nice outdoor and indoor seating. Plenty of good beer and wine options. Their coffee is what we've mostly come for and its pretty good and a good price. Their food though is just not very good. The breakfast burrito was greasy, but pretty bland even with the salsa. Tried lunch and their lunch was worse. Chipotle chicken sandwich was just a mess, sad lettuce, tomatoes that aren't ripe and overcooked chicken with a chipotle sauce. Okay flavor, but just not pleasant to eat. Tots were okay, but even my daughter wasn't too keen on them which is a shock for a 4 year old. We've been to Foghorn twice now at different times of day. Overall, we've enjoyed our visits and would go again. Here are some of the things we noticed: - Great vibe inside and good number of local beers on tap. They also serve coffee drinks but I can't comment on those at all. - Lots of outdoor seating/tables, but you have to be able to overlook the road noise. - Pretty broad all day menu. The first time we visited was for beers, and we ordered the Chips and Salsa...the salsa, by the way, is the bomb, just so good! The second time we came was for breakfast. My wife and I split both the Bacon Breakfast Sandwich (adding lettuce and tomato for $1 extra) and the Breakfast Burrito with Sausage. Both were good but we preferred the sandwich...the burrito had too many potatoes in it for our liking and the bulk sausage which was used made the entire thing way too greasy. We did like that the burrito came with their awesome salsa! - Ordering food is at the counter/bar. Food: We had the loaded tater tots. Ingredients aren't overly special, but we really appreciated that the tots were laid out so that toppings were distributed evenly. We enjoyed it and would eat there again. Service: There was only one person working. She was super nice, attentive, and gave us some recommendations. We Came in here last Saturday for a free comedy night. Came in around 715. They started to get pretty busy. The place smelled pretty good like they were cooking something amazing couldn't tell what it was. Went to the bar and try to order a beer. Two girls behind the bar and they were just bullshitting. They looked at me then they continue to talk as I'm waiting patiently, still no service. I guess that's what you get when you hire a teenage girls behind a bar.
