Went in with a vague "it kind of looks like this" description of what I needed and they immediately found exactly what I was looking for. Great staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. read more

I love this store! It has everything you could need for fabrication. I work for a designer who comes here to buy supplier for purses and shoes. Everyone there is very helpful and know me when I walk in now because I shop there so much. Aaron is especially friendly and nice. So is Ray. And Andrew. And Noel. And the new guy Seth. I don't know what their hiring process is but it must include a nice test because everyone there is SO NICE. I definitely recommend going here! read more

Friendly staff, they do good work, but it still fell a bit short of my expectations. The foam used for my two cushions is too high density, but it was my choice so I have to live with it. If you need padding for an instrument case, or custom foam for sensitive equipment (cameras, etc), this would definitely be a good choice. read more

This place rules. It's one of the very places I think about when I LOVE L.A. - specialty shops that have exactly what you need for certain tasks. Foam, padding, vinyl - wonderful selection at fair prices, even some great deals (like excess foam scraps etc). Many times, I WISH I had a reason to go there, but it always satisfies when I do. We went there to get some custom made cushions for chairs and a bench in our backyard. Phenomenal selection of outdoor fabrics and superior workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate for a nanosecond to use them again if I need too. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. read more

I was looking for blue color high density Styrene. I confirmed the color through pic on web site. but the they sent me white one and I asked customer service about this. Then they said "The product is white and the picture on my monitor looks white, but it does have sort of a blue hint." on email. OMG~~!!! What a great understanding their product and care of their customer~! Still now on they ignore my claim email. I guess I waste my thirty bucks. This written review is all I can do for other future victims. Tahnks Foam Mart !!! read more

Super helpful. So much foam! Young man helped me and ut the pieces as I needed them. Good price. Didn't upsell me. Quick! Highly recommend.

This place is a real find. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I needed alot of input about a soundproofing project I'm doing for a home music studio. The staff understood my needs and had alot of very useful information for me and a wide variety of products to help solve the issue. I recommend Foam Mart without reservation. Check it out! There's also a huge and very fun supply of beautiful oil cloth there...hard to find stuff! Invoice#77384 read more

This place made my couch like new and loads better. We were almost ready to fork out a couple grand for a new couch when I decided to see if we could revive our couch first. I took my sectional seat and back cushions here and for under $500, I love my couch more now than when it was brand new. Aaron was so helpful and the turn around time was only a couple of days. I would take any of my furniture or foam needs here again and highly recomend them. read more

So, I am writing an amazing 5-star review for a Foam company! Who knew? All I needed was a place to restuff my sagging sofa pillows. I found Foam Mart nearby and took in my pillows. What I did, however, was walk into the friendliest, most honest, efficient business in Burbank. Noel is just a wonderful guy and a great businessman. He did all of my pillows the same day, and when I forgot to being one in, he did it the next day at no charge! Wonderful staff working with him -- great attitude starts with the boss and trickles down to everyone working there. What a pleasant experience. Buying foam, no less! It proves that some people are serious about providing first-rate customer service, and they ENJOY their work. Noel and company: well done. I hope everyone reading this review comes to visit and say hi even if they don't NEED foam! You guys are that cool! read more

Love this place - nice staff, great product, reasonable prices.

This place restored my faith in humanity. Aaron is a great sales rep who really tries to figure out what the customer wants - even when they don't know themselves. Very patient, incredibly positive, and can-do. I wish every store had the spirit of this place. Lucky Burbank! read more

I needed to get 3 sofa cushions redone with new foam last week, I called the foam supplier I have used for over 15 years only to find out they are no longer in business. I got on the computer and did a search, found several not to far away. I decided to try Foam Mart.....well I couldn't have been happier with their service and product. It was my own fault that this was a rush job...but they took care of me with no trouble. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and what foam density would best suit my cushioning needs....they measured, cut and wrapped the foam.....and did what my previous place did not do...and that was...they stuffed the wrapped foam into my casings I had brought with me. I walk out with a finished product and am so happy with the quality of job they did. This will now be my new favorite foam supplier!!! read more

Exceptional service! Aaron was incredibly informative, friendly and made sure I ordered exactly what I needed. I was able to feel and test all the material and have it altered to my exact specifications within 30 minutes! read more

On the Foam Mart website, I found some great (and SO AFFORDABLE!) acoustical foam panels for my little recording studio. I even called to check stock. But after driving from Costa Mesa to their Culver City store, holding a printout of their product spec page, the clerk (Mendy, who ended up being an AWESOME young man!) told me the website must have had a misprint because that size and thickness wasn't available, especially at the low price listed on the website. He offered me smaller panels, at a more expensive price per square foot. I was ticked off because I hadn't driven an hour to be subjected to a bait-and-switch, especially after I had called ahead of time. Mendy really wanted to make it right, but he wasn't authorized to deviate from the price list and give me a comparable deal to what the website advertised. So he put me on the phone with the owner, Andrea, at the Burbank store. While she resisted at first, she finally proceeded to work out a fair deal with me for the acoustical foam panels they did have in stock, which were narrower but thicker. She flexed on her price, and I flexed on my dimensions. We both were satisfied with the deal. I am very happy with my purchase, and give Foam Mart 5 STARS, not because everything went perfectly, but because they did the right thing when things went wrong. (Thanks, Andrea!) And Mendy is a smart and articulate young man. Rare these days. He is a real asset to the organization. read more

If you need foam for a project, this is the place to go. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I needed foam for four patio chairs that I am re-covering. I was not quite sure what density I wanted. Kyle made suggestions and let me sit on a few foam pieces. I made my selection and Kyle cut the foam to the size I needed. For $2 each. I was excited to find out the store carries oilcloth by the yard. As well as other outdoor fabrics. I will be back. #76774 read more

These guys are great. I've been using their foam for personal mattresses for years at a fraction of the cost of bedding stores. They've gone out of their way, and been very creative in cutting custom foam pieces for my microphone containers. They're extremely helpful and have come up with solutions I never would have thought of on my own. My experience has been great and I've recommended them to my friends for years. read more

Danny! Your are truly amazing! Thank you for being easy to work with! Definitely a recommended place! Foam Mart is the Best!

Great customer service! One of my arms is shorter than the other and I needed a firm foam to "even" things out when doing push ups. They were very understanding and offered lots of options for my unique situation. I would recommend the Foam Mart for ANY of your foam related needs!! read more

Lots of choices. Nice people. Fair prices. Foam available in different densities, so you can choose the softness or firmness that is required for the job. Bring in your seat cushions and let them recommend, cut and put new foam into your zippered seat cushions with their vacuum machine that squeezes the foam before inserting into the cover, a job you could never do yourself. Also bought ready-made triangle pillow for the same best price found online I WILL use them again! read more

This place is most excellent, all the workers were so friendly and helpful! Had a 25 year old sofa that needed some TLC. These guys are top notch. I bought foam for projects and also had some chairs reupholstered by them. Every one of the employees was genuinely polite every time I went in. I love this place. I've come here several times to replace cushions for my outdoor furniture. Everyone I've dealt with has been both knowledgeable and helpful. AARON is so funny and helpful and knowledgable! I trust this guy with all my acoustic foam needs! Thank you man!

Went in to find some foam for a prototype I'm working on. I brought in a sample of the foam I was looking for and spoke with Aaron about their options. He was a great help and guided me to the foam I needed in the right thickness I was looking for. He was very informative and let me know all of the options I had available to me and even told me that in the future that he could order me the foam pre-cut and it would arrive in less than a week. Absolutely recommend this place for all of your foam needs. read more

Great product and friendly service my thanks to Aron and Jackson exceptionally helpful

I was really worried about getting material for a project I need done before the weekend but Foam Mart was able to make it so my material will arrive tomorrow. They are so professional and even though I needed or order one less sheet they found a way to get it so I didn't get charged shipping by restocking materials they needed within the same order. If that's not a company that's willing to go the extra mile for a client I don't know what is. I am excited to use this shop in the future as well as recommend this place to my clients. read more

great service! and Lots of variety, more types of dense foam pads, acoustic tiles, and foam sheets that you ever thought existed. They have pre-cut pads and bulk sheets which they cut to order, any size. I wanted something to put between me and a concrete garage floor while working on my car. They had five choices, no sweat. Give them a look when you need foam or floor pads. read more

I am no professional foam user. I am making a small project as a gift for a friend so I knew what I wanted in theory but had no idea if a foam that fits my specs exists. After already buying a foam that did not work because of bad advice from another dealer, I was happy to talk to Aaron at Foam Mart. He found two great options of neoprene and volara (which I was surprised about because I thought I was very picky) and gave me a really thorough description of each so I really understood the differences over the phone. He was super helpful. #78861 read more

Gotta say ... we love Foam Mart! We come here every year for materials to make our Halloween costumes. The staff is always friendly and helpful - they have any kind of foam imaginable and can custom cut it to whatever size and shape you need. Just went back for more for my older daughter's girl scout project - even my younger one loves to come for scraps from the scrap bin. And the price for the 4ftx6ft acoustic egg crate sheets was better than Amazon! Go Foam Mart! read more

So knowledgeable & helpful! The staff always takes the time to answer TONS of my questions about their products, and foam in general, as well as sharing tips about working with the material. I've done business with Foam Mart for many years, but mainly just buying pieces of foam for home projects. Recently, I was there to buy a large piece of thick foam to add to add a chaise lounge that I had had reupholstered a few years ago that was never comfortable after that process. I was just going to add a loose cushion to the whole thing hoping to correct this, but after i bought the foam and laid it on top, I realized that the top of the chaise wasn't even flat! The foam tipped up at the end. I brought the chaise in and discussed it with Ray. It was only then that I found out that Foam Mart can actually reupholster things for you. They took my foam and reincorporated it into their fabulous reupholstery job. My chaise is back to its original comfy self. I can't say enough good things about Ray and Foam Mart. And the price was cheap enough that I could rationalize having it reupholstered again even though I had already had it done not that long ago. Not to forget the GREAT fabric that only took 5 minutes to pick out. I told Ray what I was looking for and he said, "Oh, here it is" and it was just what I was looking for. read more
