Sev (one of the store's co-owners) greeted us right away when we arrived and got to know a bit about our preferences. It was only our second store of this particular mattress buying journey, so we hadn't figured out everything yet but he was great in guiding us to some potential options across the store floor. What I loved most about the experience was just how low-key it felt: Stepping into most other mattress stores sometimes feels like being thrown to the sharks at a car dealership, but Sev was politely present as we rolled around on a variety of different beds, giving us just enough space to discuss what we liked or didn't like but making it clear that he was available to us if we had any questions, which we frequently did. We ended up staying for about an hour just testing out a bunch of different mattresses and ultimately what sold us the combination of finding a really great bed and realizing that the owners truly believe in giving you the best experience possible. When Sev gave us quotes for each of the three mattresses we were considering, we were really surprised by how competitive they were and how generous the return policy was as well. He even threw in a pillow that we had been eyeing for free! You can tell these guys are really committed to the customer experience and aren't worried about upcharging you for your mattress, which happens frequently elsewhere and results in stressful bargaining. If you have any doubt at all, don't hesitate. Mattress Central is so highly reviewed for a reason and we'd recommend this store to everyone!

I hadn't been bed shopping in years, even as other customers came in. He said I'll be right back with you and he would go to them and then come back to us and vice versa. We found out that he's a supervisor there cause I wanted to speak to his supervisor to say what a great job he had done helping us. He was very patient with me. I'm old. I don't hear well and my daughter's with me to translate most of the stuff that I don't hear. He was not annoyed with my not being able to hear. He made a point of speaking to my daughter and I together then. Rodd is a great representation of this company. Juan provided exceptional support throughout our visit, and the store manager also took the time to help us finalize our purchase and arrange delivery. They answered all of our questions, were transparent about the payment options, and clearly explained what to expect during the delivery process. The customer service was outstanding, Juan was very present and was never too far from reach for support. We'll definitely be returning for more furniture as we continue furnishing our home!

Such a valuable and much needed shop, and very personable! Apparently family owned for 60 years, and I hope they continue going strong! Will definitely shop there again! They even said they pick up things that you might need to be reupholstered, obviously for a fee, and then redeliver. They even have fabrics! Great selection of all kinds of projects that can be done with this amazing shop!
