When I got there Joe was the same nice guy as he was on the phone and gracious to be of service. The waiting area is clean and cool (summertime) and had a TV to preoccupy your waiting time if you don't otherwise have a smart phone to do the same. The windshield replacement took an hour (like he said it would). There was an older gentleman that came inside and spoke briefly to me, then left out proclaiming his 50 years of military service. I'm not sure if that was an owner or not but it was slightly uncomfortable. I do recommend this establishment to anyone needing glass repair/replacement or tinting. After waiting all this time, I was called three days before the repair appointment to tell me the parts were not ordered, The manager had decided to require me to pay directly for the parts, and be responsible for any damage during shipping, or if the parts didn't fit properly. While waiting for my repair date, I also received notice from my insurance company that they were cancelling my claim because they never received any paperwork or estimate from the body shop I had listed on my claim form. A call to Gerber on Columbia Rd confirmed that they never sent the paperwork even though they told me they would. This is not the way to run a collision repair shop.

He went over everything with me in detail, discussing what I did and did not need. We discussed what my goal was (paint and chip protection, and window tinting) and he happily went over the options available. Never once did he upsell me, and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect. After almost a week my car was ready. But the weather was pretty bad. He warned me that he might keep my car until the weather cleared if there was any chance it would adversely affect the work that was done. I really respected this, and I was happy to follow his recommendations. When I did pick up my car, I was thrilled. In the end I had gone with paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint. Everything looked great and he was proud to show it to me. We went over everything in detail and it was important to him that I was happy. We are soon buying my wife a new car. We will be immediately send it to InvizaShield and John for a full treatment.

I have literally been to all 3 of his locations, from Affinity to both Colerain locations. Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past.
