While waiting for my repair date, I also received notice from my insurance company that they were cancelling my claim because they never received any paperwork or estimate from the body shop I had listed on my claim form. A call to Gerber on Columbia Rd confirmed that they never sent the paperwork even though they told me they would. This is not the way to run a collision repair shop.

I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking.
