We are regulars here. Our favorite pizzas are the pepperoni with hot honey,the Brooklyn with hot honey and the chicken parm pizza is ridiculously good. My husband loves the wings, and I love the Caesar salad and Brussels appetizer. The service is awesome as well - can order curbside and it's brought out to your car. The people that work here are awesome and so is the manager!! Ps they have red wine in a can. How awesome is that lol FYI in regards to the pricing, we used to be big fans of spinatos and still are and that was even more expensive. This place and the staff is amazing. I had a small catering order for my HS football after winning the championship. We love coming here for our Friday night pizza. We love the Copper Hat deep dish and the artichoke pesto pizza thin. They have all kinds of great pizzas. We like their pizzas over the chicken. Definitely a place to try. All the employees are super nice too. read more

Good pizza for the style it is, which is a really thick crust. Typically not a fan of the thick crust but the dough they use is light and airy, not a real dense crust so I'll take it. No complaints on quality, pizza has been consistent and good. When I pick up the pizza, the woman that was working there (maybe the manager?) is extremely friendly and nice. read more

I really want to like this place because Desert Ridge desperately needs something like it, but this ain't it. The chicken is just ok and I'm offended at the price point. The pizza is again just ok. Pizza is better (and cheaper) at nearby Slices. The service is friendly but not fast. I'm not sure why they don't have a soda machine like most places. I'm really left puzzled by this restaurant. I'm not sure who thought these were good ideas. And that's coming from a Fox restaurant fan. There are many alternatives that are faster, cheaper, taste better, and have a soda fountain. We ordered take out from Fly Bye last weekend and our experience was awesome. We ordered a 5 pc tender and a small Detroit style pizza and both were delicious. The chicken tenders were well seasoned, not greasy or soggy and the fries were perfectly crisp! We ordered copy cane and the spicy bbq ranch and we're happy with our sauce picks! The 4 piece pizza we ordered was half and half. I prefer my pizza with no cheese because of a dairy sensitivity! The one thing I'll say is that their pizza is definitely pricy. The dough was good quality but not as sturdy as other Detroit style pizza I've had before. Overall, high quality ingredients and incredibly friendly FOH staff! read more

Went there about 2 weeks ago for an online order. My food was ready when I got there but the cashier didn't have the ability to go and grab it out of the warmer and the manager was flirting with a customer. Ordered the chicken/waffle pizza and the chicken tenders. The flavor profile of the pizza was just sweet. The cheese was overshadowed by the waffles/pizza dough. The hot honey was not hot. The sweet potatoes on the pizza were raw. The ranch for the chicken tenders was awful. Chicken tenders and fries were good. This place has excellent Detroit-style pizza! We've gotten take out from here twice, and both times they were accurate with the estimated pick up time. Just had to wait a couple of minutes for them to pack everything up. I like that you can split your pizza in half with one kind on one side and a different kind on the other. Love all the extra sauces you can add to the order.....Nashville hot and copy cane are our faves. Their mozzarella sticks are better than most places. The pizza from this place was good-like really good. The cheesy bread was even better. I could have ordered the cheesy bread as my meal and been completely content. They also have super good ranch dressing for dipping. My problem is the pricing. Why on earth is this place so expensive? The pizzas are not big. They're pretty filling, but don't provide many leftovers for the price they are charging. I really don't see them surviving this location with how expensive it is. read more

The restaurant offers a very small and tight space for dine in and quickly crowds with customers waiting for takeout. Overall I thought Fly Bye was overpriced. Brussel sprout/arugula salad w/ champagne vinaigrette was very tasty and a good portion for $12. I would come back just for this salad and maybe add chicken. The wings were good, nice and crispy, but $11 for 6 traditional wings is a bit expensive. I also tried Detroit style pizza with 4 piece (1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 truffle mushroom), it was good, but I do prefer Jets crust and think it's definitely better (it's also not overpriced). We had the opportunity to participate in a soft opening preview of this new Fox Restaurant concept. My synopsis would be: Simple family staples made well. A place that should definitely be on your weekly rotation (or for some of us, even more often!). A handful of salad and sub options, chicken fingers, chicken wings and pizzas. Everything we had was fresh, proper temperature and the quality & consistency I've come to expect from any Fox restaurant. The chicken fingers are similar to Cane's - only even better - chicken was much more tender and none was dry. They even have a dipping sauce "Copy Cane." My family are pizza snobs and while "Detroit style pizza" doesn't sound like it would fly for a NY Italian family, my mother in law LOVeS it because it is always cooked perfectly (I think it runs through a conveyer belt at consistent temperature) and has the light, air-bubble crust we crave with a proper Sicilian pizza. Other perks were a great pickup app that was super easy to use and told the restaurant when you were out front. read more

The salads are ok but the ones we tried definitely lacked flavor or very much creativity. Have been a couple times. First time was great; second time was just okay. Crazy over quoted for time - food had clearly been sitting when I got there. Mozzarella sticks felt like a huge ripoff. Detroit pizza has a little too much balsamic flavor but is otherwise great, and prices are like 25% too high for what you get. Chicken feels especially overpriced. Really want to love this place but it feels like they think it's more special than it is. There's a lot of good pizza in the valley for much less. read more

I love this place. The pizza is the best I've had in a long time. Each pizza item is creative and delicious, and with so many other to choose from, I come here at least once a week. The Brooklyn is probably my favorite, with Copper Hat being a close second. The service is amazing too! Katie helped me out last time and was very helpful and understanding with my order as I took my parents for lunch there. The style of the restaurant is pretty artistic as well. The inside decor is welcoming and cozy. I really enjoy getting lunch here. read more

I've wanted to come here several times before posting my review to see if it's consistent. I'm always very happy after coming to pick up some pies here for dinner. The customer service & employees are always so lovely here. The food is delicious we really enjoy the Detroit style pizza and the Hot honey is an absolute must. The traditional style pizza is tasty as well. They have a special M-W for 50% off till 6 pm if you order online, that I hope they continue to keep around forever as this place is on the pricer side for pizza & probably wouldn't come as often without it. I wish they offered it everyday of the week because we try to eat healthier during the week and splurge on the weekends for our heavier foods. The wings are delicious but warning they do use a small amount of sugar in it the seasoning base so if your a diabetic or do keto they are a no go sadly. But damn tasty! The salads are good as well. We haven't had a bad item yet. Oh and don't forgot to try one of the giant salted cookies for desert. I'm really happy desert ridge got this place. So if you haven't been give it a try you won't be disappointed. read more
