I'm writing this review while looking at my brand new and amazingly looking kitchen, dining room and living room :) I was introduced to Eran and Liran from Flux Construction by my architect/engineer Kobe from By Marciano (you should check my review on him). The situation I was in at the time, in short, was that I hired a contractor who promised me the world, started working without permits, removed a few load bearing walls without engineered plans, took some money, and a short while after demolition left and never came back. My entire first floor was a disaster zone. I needed a contractor asap, but no one wanted to deal with something like that, the ones I interviewed either refused or gave me insane quotes. Kobe was working on my building plans at that time and recommended I meet with a contractor he knows. He connected between Eran and I and we met a couple of days later. Both Eran and Liran came to our meeting, they spent over two hours listening to me, asking questions, taking photos, writing notes and providing me with good suggestions. Not even once that I felt like they're not interested with the job. A few days later I received the most organized and detailed quote I've seen, everything was in there in writing and easy to understand. The quoted price was fair and within the range I always had in mind. I hired them for the job and I'm very grateful that I did. They brought all of their energies into this project, they assisted me with interior design, cabinetry, tiles, shopping for finishes, everything that I needed help with. They brought wonderful sub contactor's, that did a great job from the ground up, and managed them to perfection. In a matter of days I couldn't even see a bit of the mess the previous contractor left. The crown jewel was that not only they did a great job but they also finished ahead of time and on budget. I honestly can't be more happy with the whole process and I feel like I won the contractor lottery on my second try. read more

Flux Construction were very professional and did an excellent job with my bathroom remodel. I Was very impressed with the outcome. They had a few issues to overcome and came up with creative solutions to resolve them without overcharging. They are easy to communicate with and the workers are very friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. Both company owners may look young but they definitely have the experience and qualifications. Liran helped me with every aspect of design from the planning to the shopping. I just had my bathroom remodel completed today and I don't think I can be more happy with what we did with it! I've been postponing this remodel forever and don't think I could've done it without the help of Liran. I was always worried of going into construction, I'm a very visual person and found it hard to commit to work based on imagination only. Liran completely understood my point, he helped me create an idea book on houzz.com to understand my design style better. He then went on creating for me a 3D design of the space, took me to his suppliers and assisted me in picking the tiles, vanity and fixtures. We had our entire Master bath gutted and everything installed brand new. Eran gave us a reasonable estimate for the job and stuck to it. The fixtures were not included in the price, so we got the fixtures we liked within our budget (not limited to a contractor selection). The tile work looks amazing and overall the bathroom came out exactly as we envisioned it. They were careful to clean up the site after working and made sure everything is to our satisfaction. I was first introduced to Eran and Liran from Flux Construction by a homeowner who acquired my design service. I was there for the client's project review meetings with several GC's and they were among the companies the client wanted to interview for the job.   Both the client and I had a very good first impression, they were on time, came ready with a printed set of building plans that were emailed to them, as the design brief. It was impressive to find out that they studied all the details prior to the meeting and immediately recognized the floor plan and the changes we were about to make. Following a couple more meetings, and with my blessing, the homeowner hired them for the project. Throughout the entire duration of the project they were always punctual, they completed every stage of their work on or ahead of schedule, they were helpful, easy to communicate with and created a very professional yet friendly work environment.  Their quality of rough and finish work is very high, the client's house looks no less than amazing. Both owners came to visit on a daily basis and provided good consulting throughout the project and ideas that made a big difference. The workmen were friendly, reliable, punctual and skilled. They put down floor protection and kept the jobsite as clean as possible. They gave me plenty of time to inspect the work in process, and touched up anything I noticed. We needed an extra room for my mom who came to live with us. Flux Construction was recommended to us by the engineer who did our plans, Kobe from By Marciano. We had 490 square feet of room addition which included a new bathroom and a walk-in closet. The overall experience was great! We just finished a project with Flux, and could not be happier. We own a 1930 craftsman with an unfinished basement. We had Flux transform our old and dark unfinished basement into a beautiful new rec room, bedroom and laundry room. Eran was great from the beginning. I've been introduced to Eran from Flux Construction through a friend of mine who was introduced to them through another friend, so we have a pretty solid heritage here. I requested a quote for an interior remodel that includes kitchen, two bathrooms, powder room and some minor electrical work. Even though it was a referral l, and seeing their previous two jobs, I did take other estimates just to make sure I feel comfortable with their pricing. Eran's quote fell right in the middle and so I hired them to run my project. We were very impressed with their estimate. It took them 4 weeks to complete our bathroom remodel and install new retrofit vinyl windows throughout the house. Each day they arrived on time and worked the entire day. The process went well - the men who did the work were amazing and best of all, cleaned up every day. Flux Construction completely remodeled our house. We purchased a 1960 mid-century modern house that was a bit of a fixer. Let me start by saying that I searched for a competent/capable contractor for about 18 months with no luck. Had about 10 different ones come through and was underwhelmed...that was until I met with Flux. These guys made things extremely simple, taking my vision for a master bath remodel into consideration and were extremely patient as I decided how to proceed. They also gave me a very reasonable quote and didn't play any games. Once we decided how to move forward they were extremely collaborative in the process. I met Liran about 20 times at different flooring/tile/bathroom stores. He provided some personal advice based on his experience, which proved really helpful. Once they started construction, the process went really smooth...guys showed up every day consistently and on time. They were also very respectful and accommodating. To give you an idea of the scope of work, the job required re-stucco, tiling, electrical, hardwood flooring, painting, drywall and moldings.
