Was really looking forward to this place but once again falls victim to being a Tik tok trend place. First of all have only one iPad to take orders so if you have first time customers and families trying to figure out what they want on an average takes about 10 mins to order. Seating is limited and the pace the dishes come out seating runs out very fast. Waited over an hour for the traditional breakfast plate (eggs tator tots sausage and two silver dollar pancakes) and their "famous" fluffy pancakes . Should have known that after 30 mins of waiting and no one else being served food it wasn't going to end well. While sitting it seems like the restaurant ran out of ingredients to make food as what's seemed to be a door dash order of groceries arrived thru the front door you could tell the person bringing them was not an employee of the business. Anyways like I said over an hour wait for tasteless pancakes sure they were fluffy but the only way to describe these were like clouds light airy and no flavor. As for the traditional breakfast it was an over priced "Golden Arches" hot cake platter. The only good thing about this place was bonding between the other diners about how they will never becoming back and the wait was not worth it. I can't believe this place still has this over a 2 star rating. I waited over an hour for pancakes and they ended up being very average. Because the employees are so rushed, they slap on all of the toppings and it ended up not being a good presentation of the pancakes. The pictures on the walls are definitely AI generated because the wording on some of the photos doesn't even make sense. Pancakes are way overpriced and definitely not worth waiting over an hour for. Arrived at just before 11 am. There was no exterior signage on the dirty windows other than the name on the new awning. No open/closed sign, hours of operation, etc. Inside the space was clean and neat until you got to the back where an array of tools littered the counter (food would later be placed here before pick up). A gentleman took our order although there was a large tablet for ordering, as well. We sat down and waited. More customers began arriving and, still, we didn't have our food. The pancakes finally arrived at 11:32. When I brought my dirty dishes up (because there was no place else to put them), I inquired about my husband's meal. The woman assured me it was coming. It arrived at 11:43 - a full 45 minutes after ordering. Additionally, there is apparently no ordering system in place. Staff were apparently working on them as they were running back and forth from one food prep area to another. When the server began plating orders, she simply announced the type of food. Unfortunately, the small menu meant that there were many people who had placed the same orders and customers began asking questions and at least two plates were given to the wrong tables. The Nutella and banana pancakes were good and my husband's salmon Benedict was also good but the lack of basic systems will probably have us choosing another restaurant. Suggestions: wash the windows, add pictures to the IKEA frames on the walls (at least remove the cardboard corners and plastic), and create a system for delivering orders. read more

Went on a Sunday morning for brunch. Walked in and realized it was set up more like an ice cream parlor than brunch spot. There is no wait staff so you have to order with a single screen. Ordered 2 orders of pancakes and a side of egg and bacon. I ordered a water and my husband a Coke Zero. We were given a water bottle and a can-Not exactly the brunch experience. 5 minutes later the egg and bacon arrive. Ok, awesome, but was not expecting to eat my meals in shifts. 40 minutes later, our pancakes arrive. Well, mine arrived. 5 minutes later, my husbands shows up. During that 5 minutes , several other tables were served. Again, people do not go to brunch to eat in shifts. The pancakes were good but the whole "brunch" idea should be reimagined. I feel like they are having an identity crisis. Are they quick service, are they brunch, are they dessert? Their business model just seems off. I have to say for this was one of the worst experiences I had to endure at a food establishment. We placed our order thinking everything is fine. And when our food is ready they made it as a to go order which no one in my family said it was to go, they put the blame on another customer who was also eating there. After waiting for that correction they bring out our order and there was already mistakes, they turned our BLT Sandwich into a salad, and our Nutella pancakes into a standard one. I ordered the breakfast sandwich which the image on the screen shows that hash browns are included but they were not. What makes this worse is that the workers initially didn't want to accept the blame and made it like it was our fault. We waited for a hour to get the correct food. I think the main issue is that the music in the place is too loud and the workers can't communicate with each other and hear what customers are actually saying.
