Jerry and Gabe are two of the best repair guys we've ever worked with. Others have already said what we want to second: pristine work, great communicators, quick to respond, easy to work with, care about customer satisfaction, honest and affordable, etc. In our specific case, we called because an inspector told us that an outflow pipe in the crawlspace had come loose from its supports and was at risk of failure and flood. It was a long, dirty and difficult repair in a tight space, but they were able to engineer a solution and document their work for us via video. Along the way, they supported a kitchen exhaust pipe that was insufficiently strapped at no extra charge and even cleaned up a previous repairman's left-behind mess. You will be glad to have them work at your home. read more

Jerry and his sons at FlowRight Plumbing have done several jobs for us over the years. The first time we met, they replaced an old on-demand water heater for our bedroom. Then our main water line broke and they had to dig up the front yard and replace the old plastic pipe with copper. Then we replaced the main water heater with a new on-demand unit that was mounted outside the house. He's also installed three new toilets, replaced a kitchen faucet, replaced our dishwasher, and plumbed a new bathroom vanity. In all cases, Jerry and his sons' work was pristine. They take great pride in their work and it really shows. FlowRight Plumbing has our highest recommendation. read more

Jerry is super responsive and underpromises while overdelivering! I wish all contractors were so easy to deal with. No BS, just fixes the leak. Could not recommend more highly! read more

Our gas Water Heater had quit automatically firing up when the temperature of the water fell. It began to deliver cold water to us. As I've said before, the only plumber we consider for things like this is Flowright Plumbing. Jerry's son came this time. I had called at 10 AM and told him I would be home by 2 PM. He was here at 3 PM. He checked the heater, cleaned it, made an adjustment that started it firing again. He waited until he was sure it was working and told me if it stopped again, it would probably need a new something-or-other. The incredible part is the bill. There was NO charge for this visit! Flowright had installed this water heater in 2019 and I'm guessing they considered it a routine service call under "warranty." They didn't just order a new part, bill me both for this call, the new part and the return call for its installation. They did the simpler, no-charge fix first. They are clearly not in this business just for the money. They obviously make a living at plumbing, but they care just as much about customer satisfaction. They even deserved to be paid for this call in my opinion (I had already started writing a check and was just waiting for the invoice). read more

Cannot recommend Jerry @ Flowright enough! We called with a water heater emergency and he squeezed us into his already busy day. He came to our home within an hour of our initial call for help, assessed the issue, researched the part, located it and returned within 3 hours to fix the problem after tending to other scheduled service calls. He and his team member were both extremely courteous and professional. Jerry kept me aware of everything he was doing and explained not only the parts he was replacing, but also the functionality of said thermal components. When our water heater does finally go kaput, we will defenitely be calling him again for help. read more

We first met Jerry after doing research into local plumbers because our hot water tank began leaking a week after we moved into our house. Jerry responded promptly and thoroughly discussed alternatives, including tankless. After doing that research, we decided to do tankless and Jerry installed. It has performed flawlessly. Since then Jerry - and son, Gabe - are our go-to plumbers. In addition to occasional repairs, they have installed a recirculating hot water pump and replacement upgrades for all our fixtures. Most recently on the day after I was discharged from hospital after heart surgery our master bathroom toilet began leaking at the floor. Gabe came immediately and did a temporary repair while we considered whether to upgrade and replace the toilet. Ultimately we decided to upgrade and replace and, while at it, also upgrade and replace the toilet in the guest bath. Jerry and Gabe went out of their way, and entirely without any pressure, to suggest alternatives, direct us to brands, and ultimately secure the two toilets we chose and install them, all in a short time frame because of the recovery period from my surgery. With every job they are immaculately clean -- booties, masks, vacuuming. We cannot praise them or recommend them highly enough -- they are responsive, wonderful to work with, and fair and reasonable in their pricing. Flowright is a top shelf operation - you'll be delighted to have used their services. read more

Jerry was quick to respond to my lack of hot water when we had just came back from a vacation. My wife is twenty weeks pregnant and loves her baths and we also have two children so when our electrical and tankless water heater was having an error I called four other plumbing companies and Jerry was the one who picked up and was literally over to my house to fix the water heater within hours of me calling him. It was amazing and a godsend. Flow right saved us from a lot of hassle. They were honest and didn't beat around about what needed to be done and they got it all done. They explained the problems to where I could understand and really made what we thought was an emergency so much less by their calm demeanor. They were very cost effective and had our water heater fixed quickly. I highly recommend Jerry and Flowright Plumbing. read more

I highly recommend Flowright Plumbing. Jerry and his son, Gabriel, are thorough and didn't cut corners or try to upsell me. They were efficient and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my small plumbing job! read more

I had called another plumbing company, who never called me back. In contrast, Jerry at Flowright returned my call within an hour. When you're having a plumbing emergency, this means a LOT. He has amazing high-tech equipments to actually see the pipe dozens of feet into the yard, and zaps tree roots causing the clogs. He likened it to a colonoscopy zapping polyps, and that's exactly what it's like. He even gave me the thumb drive of the video for future reference (haha, for entertainment?). Jerry is warm, friendly, professional, and a total joy to work with. His son Gabe is great, too. Thank you, Jerry and Gabe! read more

Talks in circles and upsells every job. Not someone you feel as though you can trust with ALOT of your money.

Kevin and Nick came and did a great job in a timely manner! I was beyond satisfied with their work! I highly recommend them for any job!

Fantastic duo!! We had a broken water heater and had no idea what was wrong with it. We called Jerry, described the problem and he picked up the part he needed on the way over! When they arrived they looked at the water heater and decided to try a couple different fixes before committing to replacing the part. Sure enough it was a smaller job then anticipated! Most plumbers would have replaced the part anyway and charged us full price, but Jerry and Gabe replace one little thing and charged us a fraction of what I was anticipating. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast and fair!! I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing problems. read more

Loved the service! If I could give more then 5 stars I would This company is amazing very efficient these guys are taking all the safety precautions with covid and wearing masks! To insure the safety of them selfs and others This is a very honest company very reliable and dedicated to what they do they have come out many times for us after hours and even fixed others work to make it better! I will never choose another plumber ever again honest people are hard to come by but flowright you can depend on for getting the job done right! I would highly recommend this company for plumbing services. They respond quickly, they are courteous, professional and perform high quality work. I live in a typical suburban home that is 25 years old and things are falling apart. We had a shower leak that we tried to fix ourselves but it was more involved than our level of basic plumbing abilities. They fixed it right. I felt that the cost was very fair and there were no surprises. Thank you, Jerry, Jerry and Matt. Keep up the great work. read more

I hired Jerry at Flowright Plumbing to replace the three toilets in my house and I was, how shall I say, supremely satisfied. Jerry was available promptly, picked up the toilets for me at Home Depot and the installation went smoothly. In one bathroom Jerry suggested I needed a slightly shorter bowl and he accompanied me to Home Depot so I could pick out the right one. He transported back home for me and we had the new toilet installed within an hour or two. He also caught a potential problem in the tile work in one bathroom and recommended a tiling company for the small tile repair. They were also amazing. Jerry is beyond professional, beyond pleasant, and a true joy to work with. I recommend Jerry Abundis at Flowright Plumbing to anybody!! read more

We contacted Jerry at Flowright Plumbing because we had an old tankless water heater that was near the end of its life. He responded quickly to my calls and emails and gave me some good options and advice. While we were doing some research, the old tankless water heater died. We called Jerry and he was able to come out quickly and look at our set up. He even got the old heater working. He recommended a Noritz condensing model which was more powerful than what we thought we needed but we took his advice and went with that. He installed a few days later and everything seemed great. A few days later, there was a problem with the unit and his crew came back the next day and replaced the unit with was defective - no charge for that of course. We also had them replaced a couple of old toilets and shower valves. We now have fantastic hot water and can run 2 showers and a dishwasher at the same time. We are very happy with Flowright's work, responsiveness, pricing and how they stand behind their work. read more

I called Flowright at 8AM on a Monday morning, spoke to Jerry and received a quote, and they were at my house by noon replacing my hot water heater. Both of the gentlemen were friendly and knowledgable and very respectful of my home during the install. They worked efficiently, cleanly, and speedily! The quote I received on the phone was spot on and I was so relieved to have my new water heater installed and ready to go. Thank you Flowright! I will definitely be keeping you on speed dial for any other plumbing issues we face. read more

My toilet was leaking. I turned it off Called Jerry. He came the next day and replaced it because the parts weren't available any more.

Had a problem with a broken pipe under the house. Called him on a Monday @ 10 by 12:45 my problem had been fixed, the cause corrected and my waste line jetted out to boot! Fantastic turn around time and great service by Jerry! Exactly what I expected from a 5 star reviewed vendor! Cheers, Jason read more

I had an urgent back up and Jerry came out the same day we called. He was able to clear it up but pointed out to me that our pipes were close to the end of their lifespan (cast iron). I decided to have him replace the line. This required a concrete company too because the plumbing was under my driveway. Jerry referred a great company and I was only without water for about 8 hours total. The estimate was the same as the invoice and the system works great. Furthermore, the pipes they replaced came apart by hand. If I hadn't followed his advice I would have had regular problems. I was able to communicate with Jerry by texting and never had trouble getting a hold of him. I'll be a customer from here on out. read more

Oh No! We had water backing-up into our downstairs bathtub! It looked like our sewer drain was blocked-up. Of course, late at night. The following morning, I had reviewed plumbers in our area and found Flowright with all good Yelp scores. I called and left a message. Jerry returned my call about 1/2 an hour later. He had a couple of jobs already scheduled, but said he could get by in the afternoon. He called when he was on his way. He and his partner got right to work and started his powered snake in the drain. About 45 minutes later they had cleaned up and got the area back to normal. The drains worked, and their price was reasonable. We talked about the long term problem this was going to be but there was no pressure for immediate action. Definitely not the "Hard Sell" described by Yelp reviewers of another local plumber. I'm sure in time we will have to do pipe replacement, and Flowright will be doing it! I'm happy to give 5 stars for the prompt, courteous, professional, reasonable and friendly service Jerry gives. I wish all businesses were run like his. read more

Got Jerry's business as a referral from the realtor who helped us buy our home near Finley Center. Jerry was the only plumber listed in the "recommended contractors" part of that referral document. Our master bathroom had a leak that was discovered by a pest inspector during his sub basement inspection. Had on experience with another plumber that was OK but not worth repeat business. Called Jerry and he and his sons were out the next day, confirmed the leak started the repair the following Tuesday (after Memorial Day). The leak had saturated the under-flooring and Jerry was not going to remount to toilet until he was certain the the fan placed under the toilet in the sub-basement had eliminated any indications. It took 4 days to eliminate all the moisture but he got the job done and while good plumbing repairs are never inexpensive I was happy with the final price and thought it was fair. Flowright is now my go-to plumber. read more

Found Jerry through reading Yelp reviews! He left my home a short time ago ! I had two situations... Dishwasher leak and toilet! He resolved both problems for me. When I called Flowright, the owner was out of town and I had to deal with his son. An appointment was made for 3 days later and his son rehashed the problem I was having over and over again on the phone. The night before he is supposed to arrive he calls me to discuss it yet AGAIN and I was getting a little frustrated but went thru the details one more time. He then canceled on me via text message. I will never use this company. read more

Flowright is the only plumber to call! We had a stoppage issue and had a different company come out. That company looked at the issue for a few minutes and quoted us over $400. I spoke to Jerry at Flowright and he had his technician out in less than an hour. Matt came out to my house and had the issue solved in the same amount of time that the other company took to quote us the outrageous price. I was so happy with his work and courtesy I had him quote me on future work. Their prices are the best in the north bay. They sincerely want to solve your problems rather than cause you more issues. I definitely refer them to anyone that needs any plumbing work done! read more

We had a leaking main water line between the meter & our house. Flowright Plumbing sent Matt out to address the problem straightaway. Within about an hour, he had replaced the leaking pipe. Soon after the repair, we noticed vastly decreased water pressure throughout the house. I called & spoke with Jerry, who advised me to check the pressure & water flow at the outside faucet where the water line enters the house. I did so, and took some flow measurements at various other locations throughout the house. It was clear that the pressure was low, so he sent Matt out to address the issue. When Matt arrived, he measured the pressure & said it was good. I was skeptical, but the pressure & flow rate at the aforementioned outside faucet seemed to be back to normal. Sure enough, when I checked inside the house, the water pressure was back up. So whatever the issue was, it seemed to have cleared itself up. While it may not have been a result of anything they did, Flowright Plumbing made sure to follow through regarding the water pressure issue. Throughout our experience, both Jerry & Matt were very timely, professional, and effective. I highly recommend Flowright Plumbing! read more

The best, most pleasant, and most efficient plumber. And did I mention honest? Jerry of Flowright Plumbing arrived after calling first to confirm my address -- just as we agreed -- and within 10 minutes had cleared the clog in my toilet. I chose Jerry and Flowright Plumbing based on recommendations and after a terrible experience with Mr. Rooter, who wanted an exorbitant amount to clear the very simple clog. I sent Mr. Rooter away immediately! Then I found Flowright. I'm so grateful. read more
