Shiva (the owner) gave me a price that seemed to be more than 1/2 to 2/3rd the cost of companies that show videos on Facebook and Instagram. The topper arrived within two weeks. Yesterday I stopped by and Ming cut it. I looked in the mirror and saw my old self again. The topper is easy to attach and remove. You cannot go wrong with working with Shiva and Ming. Photos are from December 2022. Hair still looks the same because it cost me nearly $700 for the 9 hour bleaching session. When the artist declined photos stating it was "too dark in the salon" I knew she knew she messed up. I felt awful for wanting to publish a bad review because she spent 9 whole hours on my hair. But she could've asked me to do this in two sessions and done it right. I was unaware at the time the salons can do separate sessions and have you come back for another bleach or toning. It should've been recommended that I do separate sessions since my hair is nearly 3 feet. Maybe bit off more than she could chew. Again I felt like it was going to be rude to say I didn't like it after 9 hours of work but it's my hair that I've had for 25 years and paid a lot of money for. The initial suggestion was she wanted to do only the top layer of my hair for $700 and leave the inside alone. Which was more reasonable but the same price for less work.. which I feel she did the original plan anyways because of the underside having more severe banding and bleached not as high up. **This review is only about the banding and not about the color. The photos were taken two months after so the initial toning has come out a bit. The original blonde was bright and lovely.

My sisters asked what I wanted for my birthday and I told them this and did research. Grace spa opened up 3 weeks ago. They have a deal going on right now where you can get the facial spa and head spa for one price. My appointment was scheduled for an hour and she did a consultation 10 minutes prior. When we got started, she used a device to check my scalp. I came in with unwashed hair and showed her how oily is gets. She saw a lot of build up and dandruff on my scalp. I took some pictures of the before and the other picture has one of the after on top and before on bottom. She went over some things I can do to help with oily hair and products I can try. She taught me how to properly wash and blow dry my hair as well. Once we did the diagnostic part, she closed the blinds and had me take my shirt off. I was wrapped with a towel. She came back in and I got to lie down on the bed. It was heated and felt so nice and she pulled a heated blanket over. She had some aromatherapy as well. She started off with facial spa and it felt so nice. She did a facial massage too. Then she put some sort of mask on. Once the mask was on, she did the head spa. It felt so nice. She did amazing. Everything smelled really good too. She was scrubbing line by line on my head and turning my head to get every spot. She did take the mask off after and did a neck and shoulder spa. Then she did the waterfall. She took a picture but I forgot to ask her at the end for it. At the end of it, I got dressed and she showed me the after. My scalp was so clean and healthy. My face was glowing. I started to blow dry my hair but my hair was dangled as well. I was brushing it and decided to do some and finish at home. I didn't want to take up her time too much. It was just such an amazing and relaxing experience
