    Asparagus quiche

I have seen the mediocre ratings for the various Flour Garden locations, but my experience with all three has been nothing but positive. I think they make the best gluten free desserts in the area that I've tried so far, particularly the brownie and the honey pecan tortelette. The takeaway salads and sandwiches are good and today I had an AMAZING asparagus quiche. The staff is casual but friendly and the cafes feature local artists. To be honest, my go-to is the day old rack!

Suchhh a cute cake for my baby shower I loved it and so did everyone else very detailed and delicious

    Delicious blueberry tart

Everybody leaving one star reviews on here is tripping. Where else in Grass Valley can you get an assortment of delicious pastries, all manner of coffee drinks, smoothies, fresh juice, AND pretty good savory food items. Certain items can be a little pricey, but they pay their employees a competitive wage and use high quality ingredients. To me that's worth spending a couple extra bucks to keep places like this afloat. I mainly popped in to talk about how good a blueberry tart I bought here the other day was, but then I saw all these snowflakes whining and felt compelled to say something. I usually don't write reviews because of specific items I eat at places, but this one is different. This tart had THE most delicious blueberries on it I have ever eaten in my life. They were perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, and not a single blueberry was soft or mushy. Every single blueberry had a perfect juicy snap when bit into. 10/10 dessert experience and much respect to their pastry chef for actually making sure those blueberries were delicious before putting them on there( and for putting so many) One more thing I would like to add in regards to people saying staff is rude here. I have never once been given anything other than great service by their staff.(With that said) If I had to stand behind a counter and deal with the residents of Grass Valley all day every day, I might get a little salty once in a while too.

More froth than juice itself. Lame.

I ordered a 16oz smoothie and the gal only filled it half way. Left disappointed and probably won't return to this location.

Bagel and juice for $22.16. Ha!

Crazy overpriced. Probably why they don't put prices on items. I got a bagel and a juice. Bagel was nothing special. Dry with minimal toppings. The total was $22.16!! That's insane. Then I overheard the worker kids talking about how they can enter the info to make the bagel less expensive. But no one told me. No tip. I will never be back. Such a rip off.

I ordered a almond butter cake and it was extremely DRY. I couldn't even swallow it. I had to spit it out. Maybe it was just old .

Second time I've gone here and gotten a stale, uneditable pastry. This will be the last time, as I won't be back.

The pork was much heavier than the veggie so choose according to hunger. We also tried the rye oatmeal chocolate chip cookie (hearty and rustic) and a unique masa cookie with hibiscus glaze, which is one of the most interesting desserts I've eaten recently. The subtle earthiness of the masa was offset by the hibiscus tang and sugar glaze Logistics: - one table for 4 inside only, there might have been a back patio but unclear - limited street parking nearby - I think tamales and masa cookie were gluten free but double check

We ordered a house sausage pizza and to add the salami to the pizza which was a great choice loved the pizza we watched it get made right in front of us and their bacon and cheddar melt. I personally though the bacon and cheddar melt was fine I probably wouldn't order it again looking back on it just simply on the fact it was $21 and the pizza was $23 it just felt very boring and overpriced in comparison to the pizza. I do love the sustainability of this place but find it odd the water cups are plastic after all the effort put into reusable, sustainable, organic, and farm fresh It definitely eat here again especially with the fact the menu is always changing the pastries here were a hit every other table had something from the bakery or a pizza. This is a great spot to come on a date or with a bunch of friends. I haven't tried the brews here yet but I'm looking forward to it. The staff here are very sweet and food comes out quickly. Parking is right outside of Three forks and plentiful even on a Sunday afternoon.
