To make a long story shorter, suffice to say we had no working elevator and all of the equipment was outdated and had not been inspected in years! When this situation finally came to light to say the county was not pleased is obvious. Will from All Services South Florida Elevator saved the day! I know that may sound corny but how else to say it? All Services South Florida Elevator was retained to do an entire modernization of the elevator and its related systems. We recently had the county out to inspect the new elevator system! The system and all equipment installed and tested by All Services South Florida Elevator passed the inspection perfectly, with no violations. This elevator had been such an issue with the county that the county's chief of the elevator dept. and an inspector really went over every detail of their work as they were aware of the condition of our out of date broken elevator that All Services South Florida Elevator had to deal with. They updated all of the operating equipment, electronics, electrical upgrades to the building, fire code upgrades, and a beautiful new cab! We are delighted with their work. We signed a long term service contract. This company is there when they say they will be! They always kept me informed of the progress and put in several weeks with a crew here daily. I have lived in South Fl. for many years and have dealt with many companies. All Services South Florida Elevator makes their name by being honest, with competitive pricing , and truly great service. This is only the second review I have ever cared to write in my 70+ years. I can't thank Will and All Services South Florida Elevator enough for not just getting us up and running again but for doing such a great job on time and on budget.

While the employees I have spoken with…read morehave been courteous, the company has proven to be extremely unreliable when it comes to honoring scheduled appointments. Two weeks ago, I had an appointment and spent the entire day waiting. At 5:00 p.m., I finally received a text informing me that the appointment had to be rescheduled. My new appointment was scheduled for today at 8:30 a.m., but I then received a call saying the technician was still approximately 50 minutes away. I understand that delays can happen, but this has now occurred more than once. Customers arrange their schedules and set aside valuable time based on the appointments they are given. Repeatedly failing to honor those appointment times is frustrating and unacceptable. At this point, I do not feel that Palm Air is reliable or worth the time and inconvenience. Courtesy is appreciated, but dependable service and respect for customers' schedules are equally important. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who needs timely and reliable service.

They never fixed anything and left me frustrated and worried. The day after Christmas, I called Perfect Electric and they had a technician, Brian, at my property within two hours, which already impressed me. As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer. If you are having electrical issues and getting nowhere with FPL, call Perfect Electric and ask for Brian, you will not regret it.

I set an appointment for 2 weeks out and the gentleman I spoke to said he'd call the day before to confirm. The "day before' arrived but I didn't receive a phone call. As we approached the afternoon, I called up to see what was happening but only got a voice mail. I left a message and hoped for the best for the next day. On the day of the appointment the guys were a no show. My wife called up and got a hold of someone who had no idea about the appointment and in general sounded very confused about the schedule. He said he'd call us back with an update but never got back to us. We called one more time and got the voicemail again. At that point I just gave up. One star for Perfect Electric. Not reliable and not responsive. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
