I know that may sound corny but how else to say it? All Services South Florida Elevator was retained to do an entire modernization of the elevator and its related systems. We recently had the county out to inspect the new elevator system! The system and all equipment installed and tested by All Services South Florida Elevator passed the inspection perfectly, with no violations. This elevator had been such an issue with the county that the county's chief of the elevator dept. and an inspector really went over every detail of their work as they were aware of the condition of our out of date broken elevator that All Services South Florida Elevator had to deal with. They updated all of the operating equipment, electronics, electrical upgrades to the building, fire code upgrades, and a beautiful new cab! We are delighted with their work. We signed a long term service contract. This company is there when they say they will be! They always kept me informed of the progress and put in several weeks with a crew here daily. This company was a no call no-show in my community. It took nine days for them to complete the…read morerepair. My initial call was with Kyle, and he was pleasant yet rushed. He told me we were on the schedule for that day, but they were a no-show. A board member attempted to reach him, but her calls went straight to voicemail. After several attempts to reach someone, they said they would be out the following afternoon. Nine days later, the lift has finally been repaired. I reached out to the state inspector for elevators and lifts, and I had the opportunity to speak with and meet Bob Stark. He was on-site the same day I called him, and he even came back the following day, too. He's so awesome, but that will be a separate five-star review. Florida Lifts did a very good job with the repair. My only criticism is that they don't answer most calls, and they ghosted our board of directors. It's not cool, especially when this is a 55+ community and a few residents had no way of getting up and down the stairs and were basically trapped inside of their condos for nine days. Moving forward, I hope Florida Lifts will prioritize 55+ communities. They need to fully understand just how much the residents who are unable to use the stairs really depend on the lift. Fingers crossed, all future appointments will be kept, and all future phone calls will be answered/returned. Keeping the line of communication open is critical in making sure we are all on the same page and my condo's lift is maintained and safe for our elderly residents. I would love to give them a higher rating, and I will, if their next visit goes as planned. They can text, call, email, send us smoke signals~I don't care what they need to do, as long as they keep the line of communication open. Safety is key, and keeping the lift properly maintained and serviced is very important.

However, they could not get one because they only have an electrical license and you need a GC license to pull the permit. I am currently being fined daily for lack of a permit. It has been over three years and I have not found anyone willing to go through the process of obtaining the permit (for someone else's work). This is simply irresponsible on Teagle's part

Don't ever use this company as they don't use union trained labor and therefore their Technicians are not educated and experienced enough! The management of the company is horrible (especially the southwest sales manager who is an evil and awful person) as they owned by a greedy private equity firm who only cares about building the company so they can sell it for a huge profit at the sacrifice of the hard working employees who they will just disregard when they sell! Overall, this is the worst elevator maintenance company in the U.S. Don't use them or you will regret it!!!
