I decided to fire them due to contract negligence and I decided to hire Florida state elevator. This is the best choice I ever made. I am so happy with their service. They go above and beyond on what they have to do to make sure the elevator in my building is functioning correctly. If there is a problem with the elevator they come out almost within the hour. The customer service is superb. They're always very kind. They are also very reasonable in price. I know that may sound corny but how else to say it? All Services South Florida Elevator was retained to do an entire modernization of the elevator and its related systems. We recently had the county out to inspect the new elevator system! The system and all equipment installed and tested by All Services South Florida Elevator passed the inspection perfectly, with no violations. This elevator had been such an issue with the county that the county's chief of the elevator dept. and an inspector really went over every detail of their work as they were aware of the condition of our out of date broken elevator that All Services South Florida Elevator had to deal with. They updated all of the operating equipment, electronics, electrical upgrades to the building, fire code upgrades, and a beautiful new cab! We are delighted with their work. We signed a long term service contract. This company is there when they say they will be! They always kept me informed of the progress and put in several weeks with a crew here daily. I have lived in South Fl. for many years and have dealt with many companies. All Services South Florida Elevator makes their name by being honest, with competitive pricing , and truly great service. I have never in my life seen a business as incompetent and unprofessional, never. If you hire this company you will pay for - employees on their phone for hours while they "work", tools scattered all over your floors, chipped up floors and walls, TERRIBLE "finishing" work (Can provide images), AND what can only be assumed as dragging their feet to bleed as much from the contractor as possible. In our case, going on 2 years to "repair" 3 elevators. I would never berate company for poor work or one bad experience, but when it comes to Mowrey I had to speak up and hopefully save any business from future pain and loss.
