From my first call to Randy Novembre, the Service Manager, I felt like he was my advocate and would bend over backwards to get my tractor in, diagnosed, fixed, and back to me. I felt he went above and beyond to make my job a priority and do whatever he could to let me know that I was a valued customer who could call him directly if I had any issues and his team would walk me through how to fix them. Steve Santana, Service Rep alsomade sure I walked away well equipped to troubleshoot issues by printing off the Owner's Manual for my tractor (400+ pages), and Pedro, a technician, physically showed me how to fix the issue if they arose again. They have restored my faith that Customer Service still exists!
