It took hours & when the battery did not work he charged us $725 & gave us a proposal of $3800 for a new control panel, that they could not guarantee would work. We called FL Lift, they had it fixed in less than an hr & told us Core could not fix it because they are not an authorized dealer for our type of elevator & do not have the correct tools, it cost us $550 to fix.Guess Core wanted to take us for a ride & they did for $725. However, they could not get one because they only have an electrical license and you need a GC license to pull the permit. I am currently being fined daily for lack of a permit.
