To say I am disappointed, is an understatement. The…read moreappointment was set for this morning at 8am. I spoke to my employer and took the morning off of work. I was willing to pay their fee of $300 per hour plus materials. They never showed up. When I called them to confirm arrival, just as I did yesterday afternoon, was told, "we were GOING TO call you today to reschedule." If you know of a good elevator company serving Miami-Dade, please let me know. Clark's poor customer service is not it.

I know that may sound corny but how else to say it? All Services South Florida Elevator was retained to do an entire modernization of the elevator and its related systems. We recently had the county out to inspect the new elevator system! The system and all equipment installed and tested by All Services South Florida Elevator passed the inspection perfectly, with no violations. This elevator had been such an issue with the county that the county's chief of the elevator dept. and an inspector really went over every detail of their work as they were aware of the condition of our out of date broken elevator that All Services South Florida Elevator had to deal with. They updated all of the operating equipment, electronics, electrical upgrades to the building, fire code upgrades, and a beautiful new cab! We are delighted with their work. We signed a long term service contract. This company is there when they say they will be! They always kept me informed of the progress and put in several weeks with a crew here daily. I have lived in South Fl. for many years and have dealt with many companies. All Services South Florida Elevator makes their name by being honest, with competitive pricing , and truly great service. This is only the second review I have ever cared to write in my 70+ years. I decided to fire them due to contract negligence and I decided to hire Florida state elevator. This is the best choice I ever made. I am so happy with their service. They go above and beyond on what they have to do to make sure the elevator in my building is functioning correctly. If there is a problem with the elevator they come out almost within the hour. The customer service is superb. They're always very kind. They are also very reasonable in price. Don't ever use this company as they don't use union trained labor and therefore their Technicians are not educated and experienced enough! The management of the company is horrible (especially the southwest sales manager who is an evil and awful person) as they owned by a greedy private equity firm who only cares about building the company so they can sell it for a huge profit at the sacrifice of the hard working employees who they will just disregard when they sell! Overall, this is the worst elevator maintenance company in the U.S. Don't use them or you will regret it!!!
