Completely disappointed with this company…read more They claim to provide climate-controlled storage, but after two years in their facility, many of my furniture pieces were covered in MOLD. Two years ago, they picked up all of my furniture and stored it in what they repeatedly represented as a climate-controlled environment. I paid my storage fees every month, on time, and trusted them to properly protect my belongings. When they recently delivered my furniture to my new apartment, I discovered mold on multiple items, including my leather dining chairs and my bed. This should never happen in a properly climate-controlled facility. When I asked for an explanation, no one could give me a clear answer. Instead of addressing the damage, they tried to charge me additional fees. I asked whether they had insurance and whether there was any way to compensate me after being a loyal customer for two years. The responses were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. In the end, I still paid $900 for the delivery while being left with damaged furniture and no real solution. I now have to deal with mold remediation and replace items that should have been protected. I do not recommend this company. Based on my experience, their claims about climate-controlled storage were misleading, and the result was significant damage, wasted money, and wasted time.

The floor was like Swiss cheese; the rear Motor Mounts disintegrated, and the generator sat on the floor. I removed the walls and floor and gave it to Daniel Gonzalez at Adonai Precision Machining. I got back new motor mounts, all aluminum floor, all the rust cut out, and new metal on the walls of the Generator. My engine and generator were perfect. All I needed was a new house to protect it. I saved thousands by not buying a new generator because of the rusty box and floor. I dealt with Daniel Gonzalez the whole time. He is a true professional and a gentleman who updated me on the progress and sent me pictures; his pricing was very fair. People like Daniel are very hard to find today.
