We hired him again to do some elevator upgrades and he had a horrible experience. He never kept his appointments and did not return calls. A few board members got involved and ended up finding an arrest record for Kelly R. Cook (check in miami-dade criminal records to verify yourself) to say the least I cannot recommend nor would ever use Associated Elevator Inspections or Kelly R. Cook & Associates!
