I don't even know where to begin, I had the pleasure to meet Lauren, and to get know her, it was just by chance. My agent and I didn't get along ( no reflection on the job that she did for me), our personalities were polar opposite. I needed help and after calling Lauren's office a couple of times I requested to speak with the owner of Florida Title, and that's where the story begins. I suffer from anxiety , and somehow I need to be in control at all times. Immediately, Lauren understood my concerns and provided comfort by taking my calls (within reason, if she was busy always returned every call in timely fashion), and literally held hand from the beginning to the end (the closing time). After having such a stress free experience I decided to use her service for my new purchase, and I also referred Florida Title to the person that sold my future home as well. I am just getting started. When you purchase a condo there is a lot of paper work to be uploaded for Tennant evaluation. I am not a computer friendly person, and Lauren offered to help me with every single step required with this task, ( creating a profile getting all the paper work needed, a process that took almost three hours), and all of this was done with a constant smile on her face. I am not done yet. Once the closing time come, Lauren did one more thing for me (more like three, to be exact ) . She changed the address on my drivers license, filed for the portability and my homestead, ( just as before with a smile on her face all along). For me Lauren was able to bring back faith in humanity, ( No exaggeration ). Here is the kicker, I also found out that she does charity work for under privileged teenagers, (doing the same thing for anyone that is in need, helping at all times )., This is what Lauren A. is all about. My experience wasn't a fluke. Helping people is in Lauren's DNA. Indirectly by giving your business to her you're helping teenagers in need. Thank you Lauren, I shall never forget you.
