That trust was the reason I didn't even consider another company when it came time for a new irrigation system. Unfortunately, this project has been a nightmare. From the start, the system ran at 110 PSI before a pressure-reducing valve was installed. Soon after, Zone 1 failed and multiple spray heads had to be replaced due to debris. By midsummer, a large soaked area appeared in my front yard. Despite repeated visits, I received contradictory explanations -- first it was "just drainage," then valves were replaced, then a leak was suspected. Weeks later, the yard is still not dry, the ground has sunk, and the area smells and attracts flies. A leak detector finally found a leak right in front of the backflow, before he could even check the rest of the system or the still-soaked front yard. Now it is Labor Day weekend, and after months of repeated visits, contradictory explanations, and incomplete fixes, there is still no end in sight -- all while the system is still under warranty.

We hired Greenway Irrigation because they are connected to our landscapers, Agape. That turned out…read moreto be a mistake. We had a leaking sprinkler head and a pipe that needed repair. The technician, Anthony, told us the repair kit would cost about $100. That already seemed high, but I agreed. When the bill arrived, we were charged over $200 just for the parts. On top of that, they claimed the technician was here longer than he actually was. I reached out to their coordinator, Kim Ayscue, and got no help at all. After reading more reviews, it is clear that this kind of overcharging is a regular thing for them. It is really disappointing and has made us reconsider working with Agape as well. I would strongly recommend avoiding Greenway Irrigation unless you want to be overcharged and ignored!

Absolutely poor communication + poor service - do not use…read more I contacted Agape to do some aeration for reseeding this fall for a small lawn front and back. Their communication was slow to respond and often kept trying to up-sell me on doing a sod installation for thousands of dollars. I typically reseed myself and hire someone to do the aeration. I was going to treat myself this year and have someone reseed for me after aeration. I specifically asked for a scalp mow prior to aeration in my correspondence with them. I was quoted a higher price than most folks off of Nextdoor by a couple hundred dollars but figured I'd give them a try since their reviews were pretty solid. Aeration and scalp mowing is usually around $150-$200 for most smaller yards as the current going rate. They listed their aeration as "double aeration" (it wasn't). Once they came out their crew did not scalp mow ( which means they are laying seed to compete with what's already on the ground) the only aerated half the spots that I was quoted for. I had to visually scour the yard to see any seed that had been applied. A truly poor execution for the price. I spent the entire weekend going back over their work and putting down seed and fertilizer and covering the seed with pete moss. They also had listed putting down starter fertilizer and straw on bare patches in their quote, but they didn't do either. It appears anything that was put down was by hand and not using a spreader for any of the seeding. I was truly shocked that their level of quality and what it was billed for at twice the going rate, and worse than the people I've used off Nextdoor. an absolutely terrible level of service. I will not being using them again.

Had a scheduled appointment and not only did they not show up they didn't even call. I would not…read morework with this company,
