Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day, paid a premium price for the flowers which are pictured from their website with a Hearts of Gold vase. Also pictured is what my wife received which to be honest, I could have built that myself from flowers at Vons for $20. Pictured is easily 2 dozen roses, what she received was 4 or 5 with some carnations? Plus they show up to our apartment, take a couple photos of the flowers being left outside our building and send my wife a text, when my wife text back to use the call box please, they did not respond. When I called the lady lied and said they tried to call but nobody answered, which my wife said was not true. So disappointed, I am out of town with work for weeks and all I wanted was something beautiful for my wife and I got a beat up looking arrangement. Will never use them again, they are rude, have zero customer service and way over priced for what you receive. read more

Not happy with this company and will never use them again. I order a floral arrangement from them for a family member who recently lost a sibling. The arrangement was called "Forever Our Angel". From the images on the site and description, the piece sounds and looks amazing. I even splurged for the "Premium" upgrade. In the special instructions I requested a card with a simple note. Well, what a joke!! No card. If this joke of an arrangement was upgraded I would hate to see what the standard size arrangement is. 10" tall flowers and some greens. I went with this arrangement because of the statue of Angel of grace in the arrangement but wouldn't you know it.. the angel arrived broken!! One of the back wings was broke and it appears there was a failed attempt to repair. Looks terrible. No card, miniature arrangement and a broken statue. Oh and this cost me $175!!! I attempted to contact Pasadena Floral Design to try to work out an option to make this order right and I have been ignored. They got my money, don't let them get yours!! Horrible. Mother's Day delivery gone very wrong. The delivery person leaves on the porch takes pics for proof then takes the flowers back. Never rang bell, nothing. This was captured on the ring. Today, Monday the day after Mother's Day. The owner/manager gets in a heated argument through text with me regarding the address and the fact no phone number was given. Every statement from her ended with a exclamation. In the end, I finally had to block her phone number. Her and her relentless texts were too much. The address was correct because she left the flowers at my door. Why she took them back, I don't know. If not for the ring I wouldn't have known flowers were being delivered plus the person that bought them for me would never know they weren't delivered. Instead well, you know what they say about a picture. She left them on the sidewalk. I'm sure a passerby was appreciative. I didn't get flowers, instead I got a argument. Do not purchase from them. Unreliable florist. Made an order for delivery on Feb 14th, they told me it was as delivered but my wife said nothing was received. Turns out that it was a lie, they made the actually delivery, like nothing was wrong, on Feb 15th. And to make things worse, about 1/3 of the flower delivered were withered. read more

Do not ever use this florist!!! No integrity! The order got off to a bad start because my work address has multiple locations and I was at a different location. The florist told me that I would need to pay an extra $15 for a second delivery. Of course I paid it, it was an anniversary gift from my husband. After the flowers arrived, a flower was dying, two were moldy, and a rose was missing from a broken stem. The manager stated they do not guarantee the flowers to be fresh if it requires a second delivery. Had I known that, I would never have paid for the flowers to be delivered. Who wants dead, moldy, and broken flowers? Their response was "we waste several hours outside delivery for you. If we have choices, we wouldn't do it." They did not wait several hours as they had other deliveries to make. They were immediately told that I worked at a different location, and they called and left me a message. Who's the customer here? How convenient of them to forget that I paid for the delivery fees. Thanks for making my anniversary so memorable! read more

NO STARS!!! I ordered thru 1800Flowers, If I could give them a zero I would, Flower where very sad and pitiful and waste of money and time for my mom. Where should I start! I bought my mom flowers for mom and took 5 days to get it RIGHT! LOOK at the picture! This is what $80.00 gets you with this florist. My aunts where in the business for 30 years and I know what an arrangement should look like, this looks like someone put a couple of store bought bundles in a vase and thru it on my moms door step. That's what they did, they never called her or rang the door bell. This may have been the neighbors but the florist said they delivered it on mothers day. My mom got these the next day, she found these on the door step in the middle of the day on Monday, I called and had a redeliver, which looked a little better, the flowers didn't look so dead, took two days so she didn't get them until Thursday after mothers day. I'm in Colorado so I'm looking for a good florist so too bad for them. She has 3 kids out of state needing a good, dependable FLORIST! read more

NO STARS! I ordered thru Pro flowers and they used this flower dump. They were supposed to deliver on may 12th and never did. They sent an email confirming delivery but never made the delivery. I called pro flowers and canceled then the flower dump called me on may 13th and said they need to confirm my delivery address. I said nope I already canceled. They said the reason they couldn't deliver was because it was too dark(4:45pm) and the driver didn't know where to go exactly and couldn't call me because she didn't speak English only Chinese. They're ridiculous! If your in the area using pro flowers be careful because they use this flower dump! read more

What I got was a bouquet in a black and white camaro. This is not what I ordered, and I wasn't consulted about a replacement. If I was - I would have canceled the order. This cost $88. This poor review is for the delivery woman who yelled at me. The delivery person left the flowers out by the sidewalk, next to my front gate, so of course someone else must have easily walked by & stole them. When my friend, who ordered the flowers, asked me if I received the flowers yet, I told her I didn't receive anything. So my friend called back to inform the flower shop that I didn't receive my flowers. They offered a free upgrade due to the inconvenience, which was nice. However, the delivery woman was anything but nice. She was incredibly rude and I was shocked that she seemed upset with me, most likely because she probably got in trouble for the first failed delivery. I asked her why she didn't leave the flowers next to my door, like all delivery person do. But she was yelling and saying that she can't walk into my property & drop it by the door. Which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard because I get deliveries all the time & they just come up to the house & drop off the package by the door. I called and ordered a dozen long stem roses in a vase for pick up. When I got there they had cut the long stem roses very short and had them stuffed into a very small vase. I was shocked. I said you don't cut long stems roses that low and put them in a small vase. She said, "well we ran out of large vases and this is all I had." Unbelievable. read more

I had to stop by Floral Design last minute to pick up some flowers for my Executive Directors going away lunch. I never heard of this place before and I usually just stop by a grocery store chain florist but it was on the way. I dropped in and was greeted by Jasmine. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately sprung into creating a unique bouquet . While she weaved in and out of the glass refrigerator doors that held different assortments flowers she was kind, engaging and very friendly. The hallway was pretty narrow in the shop and I felt like was in her way, but she still made me feel very welcomed. I was amazed at how the arrangement turned out. I could see how nice it was until she was finished. The true confirmation was all the praise and attention I received in the restaurant taking the flower to the table. My Executive Director LOVED the arrangement. It was the center piece of the lunch. Thank you very much Jasmine, I'll definitely come back to Floral Design after this experience. read more

Do not order from this store! They do not supply 'plant food' or even provide instructions on how to care for your flowers, even if they are specialty flowers. Just a vase of flowers showed up at my door with nothing else. Although I changed the water daily, my "fresh" flowers died within 2-3 days. Unbelievable! Also, the personalized message on the card was misspelled. I called to speak to the manager & she stated that the store just prints the message as they receive them from FTD. No proofreading or anything (in case people want to "purposely misspell" ordinary words). She offered to replace the flowers, but I would have to pick them up. No Bueno! read more
