It's frustrating when a website advertises a certain stock, and you decide to drive far to pick it…read moreup, only to get a "oh sorry, we don't have either of those". Too many times does this happen with no responsibility taken and all the weight left on the customer. This error is an opportunity for restorative practices. Saying "oh that's our bad" isn't professional, there should be some minor compensation given to the customer-- even an extra 10% off (is what? Like $5 at the end of the day) rather than a "oh, our bad" from the teenager at the counter. Will not be returning because the menus can't be trusted.

I would call out purple city genetics as not being worthy, especially because they don't provide any information about the strains they sell. I've had varying luck getting cuttings from them because some of them go immediately to bud when you take them home due to the light cycle shock. Two out of six of mine did that recently. I went back and complained and they gave me one cutting in return. I think they should've given me two to be honest, but I digress. The cutting business is very lucrative and they should make adjustments for the obvious issues that can easily arise. If someone takes the time to come back and discuss what happened and make that official - honor that it's not a lot to ask to keep a customer frankly. Chao is very nice and helpful. She actually knows her stuff and is on your side as a customer. It's only because of her I'm still a customer there. I think their policy on the clones stinks to be honest. I understand a lot of people mishandle them, but the situation where they sell a clone that you cannot possibly grow successfully is different.

They don't know how to stagger their employees breaks to accommodate scheduled deliveries. Their staff is rude about everything under the sun form questions regarding orders to just straight up lying about who's doing what. Avoid this location at all costs. If you got money to burn spend it else where. Brittany is a lazy worker. I understand not knowing a hotels specific lay out or map of the rooms but don't be rude because of your own ignorance. The manager Diego I believe is just as bad. This place needs to do a revamp of its employees and management. I've ran dispensaries and although it's hard work at times unprofessionalism and rudeness isn't something you should experience at a dispensary. It's weed. Smoke a joint and lose the attitude or just get a new job! Bums! Also would like to add that one of my jars had been opened. The seal was broke but upon delivery I wasn't able to check my products due to Brittany's attitude. I'll be contacting the BBB and other resources to report this place. Not only am I unsure if the items I have received have been tampered with but I haven't to throw it away because I don't know what these people may have done to it out of reaction for being held accountable.
