It's rate, but on the occasion I've had a faulty product I've had other dispensaries tell me there's nothing they can do to exchange or give money back, but Sparc goes above and beyond to keep their clients happy. Highly recommended, especially if you are a vape cartridge user. Sometimes those things can be faulty. Sparc will absolutely take care of you. I asked the Mgrs name so i could share it but promptly had a marijuana moment and forgot LOL, but they are all so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful in there!
