They made it right though and redid the portions that needed adjusted and reinstalled. As far as the master bathroom granite, they suggested I use a remnant to save money. I got a deal I am happy with. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had to make myself available to be home more than necessary. They have done a good job and I will continue to use them if I decide to put granite in other bathrooms.

However, what impressed me most was how the management stepped up when there was an issue with the marble that was selected for the kitchen. The slab had to be replaced and they were 100% responsive and attended to the problem until it was completely resolved. This type of "taking care of the customer" doesn't happen very often anymore. We spoke to them and showed them the quote they issued and they refused to honor the quote. Stating they no longer will sell to builders or remodelers only to fabricators. As a member of the custom builders council in Houston. I will make sure that all custom builders in houston and designers know they can no longer do business with Arizona granite and Tile.
