We had an incredible experience with Floors by Tomorrow. I had an initial call with the owner Dan, to go over some high-level details. He was very informative and it was a no-pressue process the entire way. The salesperson Jim, came out to our house and walked us through everything, went over various options for consideration, and gave us an accurate, competitive quote on the spot. He was extremely helpful and great to work with. The installation crew was then there in a few days and did a very impressive job. They were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves after they left. When the job was complete, the head installer David walked us through everything and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Floors By Tomorrow to anyone in the market. We plan on using them again in a few months when we are ready to replace our carpets upstairs.

So, after waiting for my contractor to schedule my floors for about 6 weeks, I finally got sick and tired of waiting. Dan responded to my query so quickly I actually got nervous. But not only was he the consummate professional on the initial call, he followed up with links of his reviews, plus pictures of his work. When he came to provide the estimate, I felt like I was meeting up with an old friend. Dan is the guy that goes way beyond the call of duty. No matter what you're spending, the service will be valued at twice what you paid, because his customer care is PRICELESS. The next day the installers came and did an absolutely impeccable and meticulous flooring job. The rooms were so spotless and clean, the installers may have actually left the space looking better than how they found them. Highly recommend.

Recently moved from Northern Virginia to the Denver area. On top of the housing market the way it currently is, I was also buying a townhouse from over 1700 miles away, so the process was a little stressful. The house I bought had some very dated carpet and a small portion of hardwood and I knew I wanted to try and get new floors in before I moved. I reached out to a few businesses on Yelp, but Dan from Floors By Tomorrow responded almost immediately, was incredibly kind and answered all of my questions, and was able to coordinate accessing the house via a lockbox to get an accurate quote together for me very quickly. Once the quote was sent over, and I accepted, I was put in touch with his office manager, Bren, who is one of the nicest humans I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was able to get everything set up, discuss different flooring options and colors, and offer me tips and tricks to adjusting to Colorado life! Their team was able to come in and demo all the old floors, and install beautiful new LVP throughout my townhouse in one day. They even demo'ed the carpet on the stairs for me, and removed an electric stair lift that had been in place for the previous owner. I was originally going to paint the stairs, but when I moved here, and saw the condition of the wood itself on the stairs, I decided that painting was not really an option. So I reached back out to Bren about getting carpet installed instead, and she immediately went over carpet swatches/colors/options/prices. Once I had picked what I wanted, she had me set up for an install just a couple days later. One of their crew members came out, and was able to install the carpet on the stairs in a few hours. He was incredibly professional and nice, and the job was very well done. I am so incredibly happy with the communication throughout this entire process, and how easy it was to go over options, schedule installs, etc. They made the entire thing seamless and incredibly low-stress, and their work is high quality. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I've included some before and after pics of the house. It really is amazing what beautiful new flooring will do. Thank you Dan and Bren!

Amazingly communicative and fast! I asked for a quote on a Thursday and my new vinyl floors were fully installed on the following Tuesday (replacing carpeting). They look beautiful, the project was reasonably priced, and I couldn't be happier. My neighbor ended up hiring them the same week to do his floors and was equally happy with the results. Would highly recommend

We had a contractor from Home Depot cancel on us the morning of installation because they could not work with unlevel concrete subfloor (they were called Hom Solutions do not use them!). We called Floors By Tomorrow and Dan came over the same day, measured, and had a quote. The price was competitive with other contractors and he was able to get a crew of installers to our condo the next day. The crew leveled the concrete floor, installed vinyl plank flooring, and replaced our baseboards all in one day (1100 sq ft). The crew even mopped our floors when they were done. Both Dan and his crew of installers were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the job and highly recommend this company. Additionally, since we needed to have the floor leveled, we asked a lot of questions about flooring and what the best options were if we did not level the floor versus if we went ahead with leveling. Dan was knowledgeable and honest about what it would cost for different types of flooring to be installed. He was ready and willing to install any type of floor we needed.

Five stars all the way! From the owner to the project manager to the installers, everyone was professional, responsive, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new bathroom floors! I highly recommend Floors by Tomorrow and will use them again should the need arise. Thanks Dan, Jim, Christian and Benjamin!

Quick response time to get a quote. Team was very patient as we decided what we wanted - which included multiple visits to our home. Once we made a decision, install was quick and easy! Overall really please with our experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Dan and Floors By Tomorrow!! The whole experience was great! I got an estimate on Sunday and scheduled to have the installation done on Wednesday. They were so fast. The floors look amazing!!! I got luxury vinyl plank on the main floor and carpet on the stairs and the bedrooms.

    Basement floor after.

My experience with Floors by Tomorrow was very positive. I called to ask about an estimate and Dan came out the same day to take a look at the project. We wanted to lay some vinyl down on top of a basement cement floor. We discussed the quote and then set a date. From there his team arrived during the window they gave me, they grinded down some high spots and helped level the floor. The team was nice and kept the space clean and Dan was very communicative. Thanks Dan and team for a positive experience and a great looking floor!

Floors by tomorrow team gave me all the tools to make sure I selected the right flooring for my condo prior to renting it out. Jim did a great job with the consultation. The crew was awesome and did a great job cleaning up after !!

Work crew were crazy good and fast!

Floors by Tomorrow is no joke! If you are ready to buy floors and want them installed as soon as possible, then these are the guys to call. Within a day of contacting Dan, we had a sales representative over at the house and we had our floors scheduled to install. We could have had floors within two days, but I had to do some prep work to trim a couple of doors and remove some stair railings. Dan and Randy are excellent and friendly sales reps and the crews that did the install are crazy fast and do great work. I will be calling them again to get new carpet installed in the bedrooms.

We vetted several companies and decided to go with ASA Flooring for several reasons: 1) Responsiveness. Bryan was quick to get back to my inquiry and was at the house to assess the project within a day. 2) Knowledgeable. Our refrigerator had leaked and warped several boards. Bryan explained the pros and cons of board replacement vs letting the boards dry out. We went with the latter and saved money. We had another challenge in the fact that we did not have two rooms refinished which meant seamless color matching. Alfredo was an artist and had an eye for selecting the perfect match. Although the final decision was ours, his experience was a definite help. 3) Efficient. The whole process from start to finish only took three days. We used the opportunity for a little vacation in the mountains and came home to beautiful floors! 4) Professional. Kevin, the project manager, came the weekend before to assess the job site and answer any questions. Alberto hung plastic and taped off the areas to reduce dust and vacuumed any remaining dust before the final coat. It was nearly dust free! 5) Follow up: Kevin did the final walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied. I'd highly recommend ASA Flooring for your next hardwood floor project!

Let me share with you my experience,…read more Walter their salesman came out to give me a bid Once he found out that Home Depot had done the estimate already, he just used the amount of boxes which was about 80 for the estimate. He did no measuring or anything else. He was gone in about 10 minutes. (I needed only labor as I was purchasing the material from Home Depot.) Once we agreed on Price to have all the existing solid wood baseboard, removed the new floor put down and the baseboard put back. I agreed to the job. Pricing; I agreed on 50% down and 50% when the job was completed to maintain some control of the final product I'm very glad I did this. Their policy is to get 100% upfront, which I never recommend anyone for any service, ever do. The very next day after agreeing on terms with Walter, I got a call asking for 100% of the money I told this lady that's not what we agreed to and she said well that's what we normally do and I said you better call Walter. I'm gonna cancel the job. She did came back excepted 50% Overall, the subcontractors that came out from a company called Sun sunshine floors did a pretty good job putting in the material But it's the follow up , putting doors back on , getting trim put back on that was a real headache and took me almost 30 days to get done and also a threat of a complaint to get what I considered to be a very reasonable discount about $370 off my bill In the end, I fixed the existing problems myself because it was too much of a headache after they finally agreed to give me the discount Finally, a reminder again if you use this company, do not pay 100% upfront you'll have no control over the job over anything that needs to get fixed and you'll be working on their timetable, while they have all your money ------- Part 2 It's smart that Kelly took down her first knee jerk response to my above comment since is was inaccurate and not well researched. "Telling me I agreed not to leave public comment in agreement for the discount" -that was true if you accepted my generous offer.... the first go round. I'm going to guess that she finally got around to actually reading.... the 2nd email with my threat to file a complaint with yelp. Poof.....gone and replaced with boiler plate sorry we messed up and we should have done better. " Kelly, I wish you would have taken seriously my first initial complaint to your company and really taken the time to call me and find out what happened, Sincerely apologize, accept my generous offer and maybe even go a bit farther to make me happy and satisfied, If you had done so, we wouldn't be having this stupid engagement in the first place. Even after all that, I do hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

As one of the other reviewers said, these guys use subcontractors of varying quality. They had to…read morerefinish the floor 3 times because the owner insisted on sending the same crew back each time (which makes sense if using a fixed-price sub - keeps their profit intact). I communicated my concerns professionally (and almost apologetically) with the owner as we went, but I'm not sure that any of them were addressed directly with the crew - rather they were just given basic instructions at the start of each day to fix the problems from the last go 'round. I'll give them credit for trying to make it right, and the floor looks a lot better than it did when they started, but it still wasn't 100% at the end and they didn't want to listen to any more complaints. A list of items specific issues that as far as I can tell were never communicated back to the crew: - The first thing the crew leader did was take a dump in my bathroom, without asking, and made this a daily ritual. - They didn't bother to cover anything up before sanding - no sheathing between rooms, no covers over the vents - so dust was everywhere in the house. At least I had the good sense to turn off the HVAC, but still had to change the air filters several times before they finished the job. - They sanded/buffed the carpet, trashing it where the carpet meets the hardwood. - Stain was applied in some places across grain / boards rather than same direction leading to stripes (1st attempt), and inconsistently leading to dark splotches (2nd attempt). - They used my ladder (from the garage) without asking. - They left gobs of topcoat around trim and puddling elsewhere. - They did not take the time to use filler properly after the second attempt - there are dark spots around nails, knots, and where sanding was rough. - Hand sanding was quite rough in several areas leading to dark stain, especially around trim, cabinets, toilet, etc. And they didn't thoroughly clean or screen before coating in several places, leading to dirt and debris in the finish. - Stain spatter was left on the wall from brush work and flinging wet towels. The sinks were a left an absolute mess. - There was no real cleanup to speak of and patches of grass are dead in the front yard where they cleaned stain off their tools and equipment. - The "suicide cord" they were using to connect to 240V was a fire and safety hazard. After attempting to share my last round of concerns (not asking for them to redo it again but rather just trying to share some of the issues for future improvement), Anthony told me to stop looking so closely and asked, "You gonna blast us on the internet?" indicating his level of concern. For a website that touts their high level of professionalism and reputation, the crew did not reflect it. If I wasn't a professional contractor myself, then this might have been a traumatic experience. And if I knew the crew and could have hired them directly, then I would have undoubtedly paid half as much... but then they might not have redone it 3 times (especially because I would have kicked them out after the second attempt). I never asked for a discount, and one was certainly never offered. I'm leaving 2 stars because on Yelp that means it "could've been better" but for the price I paid to go with the "pros" I regret not giving one of the other bidders a chance.
