They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. Explained all the differences in types of materials and the quality of them. Then I asked the hard question, "Do you have any of the luxury quality options at a good price?" We both looked at each other like "yeah that doesn't seem likely." Haha. But she made some calls and was able to find the quality of flooring I was looking for around my price range. They also have clearance sales sometimes I believe and that was one of the options I went with. They also are a one stop shop and can take your measurements for square footage and have installers I believe for an additional price. I was able to pick my flooring up the very next day!
