We are in the process of selling our home. We just moved back in, it was being rented by a family with kids and dogs. So after 5 years the carpet was disgusting and the grossest thing ever. When I found NP flooring I loved the quick responses and the good price value. The owner Nancy brought samples to see and gave me an estimate that I felt was a good deal. We set up the installation date and time. Very punctual and friendly. I believe her father was the main installer. He by far went above and beyond. He gave me valuable information regarding carpets also was able to fix a noisy creak in my subfloor. I also lucked out and got a free upgrade on my foam underlay. Thanks Nancy by far the best. I definitely recommend if in the market for new carpet. If I ever need carpet installation again I will definitely call them. read more

Nancy was amazing through this entire process and provided nothing but A+ customer service. She was patient while I determined the type of flooring I wanted for our home office and even provided me her expert opinion. Once I selected everything, the process from start to finish happened so fast. I appreciate Nancy and installer Humberto for providing excellent service from start to finish. I will definitely be using NP Flooring for my future needs and will be sure to recommend to my family, friends, and you too! read more

Nancy was very nice but the prices she quoted were ridiculous. We get that prices have soared due to supply chain issues which have gotten somewhat better, but we can't even say the prices were reasonable because they were much higher than the other quotes we received for laminate flooring at 5k for a bedroom. read more

The entire process from free in-home quote to installation day was absolutely flawless! Nancy the owner is a vibrant, friendly and most importantly very honest person. She's definitely not overbearing or pushy. Her 2 man crew were prompt & efficient. They finished installing wood flooring to my master bedroom, bath & walk in closet in about 8 hours and boy it looks great! read more

Let me start by saying from the start Nancy was great to work with and had great communication during the whole job. Then Jesus and Heman showed up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently as promised. The carpet in my house was 9 years old. Having new carpet is so nice. I highly recommend you go with the padding upgrade it's so nice and you can tell the difference from our old carpet pad. It feels like walking on a cloud. I highly recommend this family owned business. 10 stars. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS! read more

I used NP flooring over the weekend and cannot recommend them more! Nancy was very open with her communication, fair with pricing, and her two installers had excellent customer service. My dog had chewed two little holes in my rentals carpet and I was in desperate need to get it fixed quickly. They came out within a day of my quote, and worked their magic. I would most definitely recommend them! read more

Nancy and her husband Harman are wonderful. Super professional, kind, and excellent communicators. I replaced the carpet in the 3 bedrooms of my home (closets included) with vinyl planks. They both helped me pick out the best color to match as best as possible with the existing tile in the rest of the house. They did great and we found a great match. Her crew did a wonderful job with the flooring. Worked fast and they were clean with their work. I appreciate that Nancy was always available to chat if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend NP Flooring. You will be happy you picked them. read more

This is a family run business and I could not be happier with the job they did. I was in a tight time frame to get it installed, and Nancy, who is an absolute sweetheart, went out of her way to get me a quality carpet, at a great price, and a two day turn around for install. I was not able to move my own furniture, and for a very reasonable amount they moved everything for me. I couldn't believe how painless the whole process was and how beautiful it looks. Everyone who has seen it thinks it looks fabulous. I strongly recommend this company / you won't be disappointed! read more

They showed up on time, were informative. Corrected the stretching issue I had in a few rooms and left. My only issue was that Yelp says the take credit cards. However in text messages they only wanted cash or Zelle. The install cost more than quoted so my husband had to run to go get more cash from the bank. If they had taken credit cards this wouldn't have been an issue. read more

So we bought a home and the downstairs room, what was to be our daughter's bedroom had no flooring whatsoever, we were anxious to get some Carpeting installed as soon as soon as we got our keys, NP flooring responded so quickly with different quotes including an option to purchase my own material or go with theirs. They worked with me to fit my budget and timing.. They came out within the same week, literally the day after we received our keys. NP eliminated so much stress they have no idea.. My daughter was able to settle in with the rest of us and carpet was beautiful!! We love love love the work, can't wait to get the rest of our home's flooring upgraded with NP Thank you so much for coming out and making it happen Your team is amazing!!! read more

A coworker had work done by them and recommended them. They were the 5th conpany I had contacted and Nancy came with different samples from what I had texted her showing her the style that we liked. We wanted to have luxury vinyl placed throughout the house. I mentioned to her all the other companies which included floor & decor and Empire all said they would put quarter round on our existing baseboards. Nancy was blunt saying that is the LAZY way and that her company would remove the baseboards and then install the flooring. Unlike the other companies she wasn't pushy at all for us to sign with them. In fact it was the opposite. She left the samples we liked and said if we're interested to call her. Everyone else wanted us to commit right then and there. Not only was she not pushy and very accommodating but she also quoted us the lowest price out of everyone. Sorry to write so much but they were AMAZING to work with. Workers were great. Install went smooth. We LOVE our flooring. So yes we definitely recommend Nancy and her crew. And since we were able to save even more money from the demo we had new baseboards installed also. I included some pics of the before and after of some of the rooms. What a transformation!!! read more

Highly recommend!! I did a Yelp search because I needed to replace the carpet in my cabin in Idyllwild. I requested a quote and Nancy responded right away. Her team is everything you want: responsive, accessible, friendly, cost effective, caring, full of integrity, proud of their work, and quick. They made the entire process painless. I reached out to this company 5 months ago. The owner Nancy was very nice but we were in limbo because we were waiting for an insurance claim to be paid out it finally was and we reached back out and kept getting the voicemail. Not sure if they blocked us or not. So today something told me to log on but I seeing Nancy is responding to customers who have gave reviews after us. Super unprofessional & disappointing. read more

Just had my flooring replaced, and the entire process from beginning to end was flawless. This is the best carpet installer that I've seen in my 16 years of being a real estate agent here in Southern California. They I was so impressed with the work that they did for one of our Coldwell Banker agents, that I hired them to put carpet my three bedroom house including the stairs and it came out fantastic. They are perfectionist with every single detail. They installed the carpet in my house as if it was their own home. I would absolutely recommend them to do your carpet installation!
