We loved our electrician from Royal Plus and painters who had done our cathedral ceiling, so that was left out of the bid. We selected tiles and vanity, picked out fixtures from Elegant Designs, and he arranged the installation of all that as well as the glass shower inclosure. Once we knew what we wanted, from gutting the bathroom to installation, it was a 2 week process (glass doors got hung up). We are happy campers, and will do business with them if the need arises.

Leclaire Flooring was the subcontractor to Royal Plus on a bathroom remodel. They installed all…read morethis tile and when some of them cracked (25 cracked tiles) they blamed the quality of the tile (it was home depot) and it was not their fault. Royal Plus pointed us at Leclaire flooring. Their remedy was they would redo the work at cost. We did business with them when they were OC floors - over 20K over a couple of projects - but we will never do business again as we had to chase them down to get an answer on a remedy. Be wary of doing business with these people.
