My most recent home remodeling project consisted of a complete masterbath remodel including…read moredemolition, moving a bathtub, custom design shower (floor to ceiling), a new vanity, new closet, complete painting and of course Travertine Driftwood Stone tile. This is the 3rd project that Brad has tackled for me and, once again, he has executed it flawlessly. Brad is a tile artisan who meticulously hand selects tiles to implement the pattern that I've designed and it always looks better than I imagined. He is also the consummate craftsman who pays attention to every detail from the carpentry work of moving a drop-in bathtub pedestal to the construction of the frame and use of the Schulter system (water tight seal) for the custom shower to the repeated sanding and 5 coats of paint that were required to fix the drywall damage from the wallpaper removal. My only regret is that I should have done this project 5 years ago instead of 3 years before I plan to sell the house. Brad and his helper Alexis are very polite, professional and creative in their design and problem solving abilities. Brad won't be the least expensive contractor, but the quality of his workmanship, attention to detail and the final design result speaks for itself. You'll consider yourself fortunate to hire him.

I am writing this review to hopefully keep others from making the same mistakes I did…read more Hiring Taylored To You Services, and it's owner, Darren Taylor, has got to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I paid a great deal to him and his company for services that were either never completed or were installed improperly...see photos. I now have had to hire other contractors to undo and redo or complete his unfinished work. That also means I am paying twice for the same services that I had already hired Mr. Taylor and company to do. Do yourself a huge favor and take a look at what the other 1 star reviewers have had to say about this contractor and his company...in my opinion...they are spot on in describing the work or actually...in my case...the lack thereof that he provides. Save yourself the echo of empty funds in your savings account and the frustration of ever seeing your hard earned money go usefully towards beautifying your home. Also as a note...my location is not Laurel, MD...it's Berlin, MD

From the very first…read moreconversation with Matt all the way through the proposal and contract process, everything felt smooth and well organized. Matt was always quick to respond to my many questions (and changes!) and made the whole process so much less stressful. Brian, our foreman, was truly amazing. Since we live three hours away, we had to put a lot of trust in him--and he completely delivered. He sent us updates and photos every night and kept in constant communication with us. He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. He's incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of home renovation and we felt like he was always keeping our best interests at heart throughout the renovation. He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. At our final walkthrough, he had already caught and planned to address things we hadn't even noticed. Jeremy also did an incredible job with the kitchen tilework (among many other things)--it turned out beautifully. He was always helpful and stepped in anytime Brian wasn't available, which we really appreciated. Overall, MAST was a dream to work with. The whole team made the process easy, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.
