I called Chesapeake and they told me they would try and get out in the next couple of days but probably could only do a temporary repair and would come back another time to fully repair it. I was a bit concerned because it was going to rain the next day. Well the next afternoon they showed up (in the rain). They did not do a temporary repair but completely repaired the hole! They did an amazing job, Even cleaning debris off the roof! They are a top notch company. Friendly, accommodating and professional. I would have absolutely no problem recommending them to anyone. You can't go wrong. Thanks so much! You guys are the best!

I have used Kendall for 2 years now, to do our Christmas lighting on our home. The cost was exorbitant ($1750), but I figured it was not worth having to put them up and store them myself. Both years, they had to send someone back a few times to fix hanging wires and lights that were not secured correctly. I still tipped them $100 ea. year. This year, when they were taking the lights down, we asked to have our gutters cleaned as well. They quoted us for the job, and we told them we'd let them know. Meanwhile, that day, they took the lights down and cleaned the gutters before we agreed to anything. I was not at home, but when speaking to my wife, she said it appears they're tossing debris down from the gutters. At that time, I did not see it as a big deal that we had not confirmed to do the cleaning and was glad it was done. I came home, and there were leaves and debris ALL over our deck, outdoor couches, and furniture. We called, and they said someone would come to clean it up. 2 days later, someone came, but I had already cleaned everything up. All of this was really no big deal as far as I was concerned. We received an invoice for $230 for the gutters cleaning. Very long story short, we totally forgot about the $230 invoice. Last week without contacting us at all... phone, email, notta.. They charged my card they apparently had kept on file from the Christmas lighting without our consent. I have absolutely no problem paying the bill, but contact me. I asked my wife to call and say we'd at least appreciate a call before you charged our card. She left a message to call us back as they did not answer. Two days went by, and we received no callback. I then sent an email that was not responded to. Two days later, I sent it again. I have sent the email regarding charging a card they should not have kept on file nor charged without my consent 7 times now and have received no response. I the last email, I stated I absolutely would not be using them for Christmas lighting or anything else in the future. I did consider contacting my bank and reporting an unauthorized charge, but I do not dispute the charge. My problem was Kendall charging a card they should have never kept on file and then not returning a phone call or 7 emails regarding that. I was fine putting aside the problems we had with Christmas lighting and them leaving an absolute mess after cleaning our gutters. I am not ok with unlawfully charging a card they should have never had on file and then not responding to me. Save yourself the time and anguish and find another company to do business with.

I've never written a review before but I had to with the customer service I received from Bob…read more Quick summary, I had friends staying at our place in Ocean City, MD for the week. During the midweek of their stay, the pipe underneath the kitchen sink separated between the drain and the trap. With me being at work and 2.5 hours away, I couldn't fix it. I went online and saw Bob's service on Yelp. He was the first number I called. When I spoke with him, he was on the road, literally 2 blocks away and took my service call right at that time. With me not being there, I was unaware of how serious the repair was going to be. He stated, he would give me a free estimate prior to any work that needed to be done. Ten minutes later, Bob called me and informed me it was fixed. The adjoining pipe had slipped down, causing the trap to separate from the drain pipe. He reattached all of the pipes and reinforced it to prevent them from slipping again. He not only fixed the leak and saved me a small road trip, he told me there was no charge!! He provided a service with no cost! Just to note, I'm not writing this review because he didn't charge me. It's because there are people out there that take advantage of people and situations during a time of need. He portrayed the complete opposite. I couldn't accept him not charging me so, I had to ask for his address to extend my thanks and payment for his help. Whether it was a small or large repair, Bob was honest and prompt to help. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

I had called a handy man in DE only to inform me that he would have to charge me a three hour minimum for a 30 minute project. I called Bob Jobs Maintenance this morning, not expecting he could or would do it today. He showed up in 15 minutes and installed the tv in 20-25minutes. The only reason it took longer was he had to get metric screws. So from the time I called him until the tv was installed and working, an hour tops. I have never had such efficient - timely service in OC - in the summer - ever! Additionally his price was way less than I expected to pay which is also very unusual in these parts during this time of the year! To say I am pleased with Bob Jobs Maintenance is an understatement - I am ecstatic! Call this guy first! I know if I need service in the future, this is the ONLY person I will call. It feels great to be treated so good!
