The price was very reasonable and the beauty was I didn't have to pay a dime until the job was finished. The workers were at 7 am ready to go. Go they went not stopping or goofing around. Two days and my roof was ripped off and replaced. My only complaint, if your want to call it a complaint. Is I had to wait five days after the job was finished to pay Posh. I would highly recommend Posh for any roofing that needs to be done. The clean up was exceptional, no nails and no pieces of shingles laying around. Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. The house was built in 1984 and though we have kept it in great shape, we really needed help lugging suitcases and groceries to the kitchen on the top floor. It took so much coordination of many people to get this complex machinery ordered, built, painted, installed, and looking beautiful. It is just gorgeous and is going to save our backs for many years. Dear Team RPM: I…read morewould like to thank you all for a great job on my Bathroom Renovation! This was such a stress free project (compared to a prior situation with our Delaware contractor). Having your "Team" on sight and being able to work with you all, made a huge difference. I am so very thankful for all of the hard work that Bill, Brian and Tony put into the job. Having competent contractors who show up on time, stay on sight and get the job done in a timely manner, is nearly impossible to find these days. There were several times where the men "entertained my crazy ideas" and need to understand the specifics of what was happening. I know this may have slowed the pace - but their patience, input and insight helped me to visualize everything. Several times we were able to tweak the look or direction; with outstanding results. Tony, Brian and Bill's level of experience and skill on the job is priceless! Not only are they very skilled workers, I appreciated how careful they were in my home. They took steps to keep the job site clean and my home safe. Most importantly, they strived to ensure our 2 dogs did not get out. The doors were always secure and I ALWAYS felt at ease with these men in my home. I know that when my next project comes up, RPM will be my first call. Thank you so very much for a job well done! The good news also pertains to documentation by Morse Roofing, Every conversation and all photos are documented so that most anyone you speak to can provide answers. Our install date had to be moved out because all of the materials were not in stock. Our install was over two (very long and one VERY cold) days, We had great leadership, 14 workers on day one and 20 workers on day two. They arrived early and stayed until the leadership told them the day was done. The hardware/equipment used was dedicated, in excellent working condition, and materials/trash were hauled out of here with covered tarps. Ladders were used that protected my home's gutters, my yard and shrubs were well tended to and trapped where necessary. Our coupala was moved and roofed under/and replaced. We had minimal replacement of plywood (1 full piece plus a 20"x20" piece). These men and one woman worked their tails off in weather that was difficult due to very cold weather and lots of wind. When we needed to tweak the contract to add some additional copper, prices were discussed and agreements were made. Lo and behold, a revised contract showed up in my email same day with agreed upon prices. These team members worked nonstop except when taking minimal token breaks. I loved their camaraderie for one another and their overall excellent care of our property. Because of the thoroughness of the initial inspection there was little to no surprises. Their knowledge of product install also gave us a great warranty. You won't be dissappointed if you choose Morse Roofing & Home Improvement. They are a local treasure.
