From the very first…read moreconversation with Matt all the way through the proposal and contract process, everything felt smooth and well organized. Matt was always quick to respond to my many questions (and changes!) and made the whole process so much less stressful. Brian, our foreman, was truly amazing. Since we live three hours away, we had to put a lot of trust in him--and he completely delivered. He sent us updates and photos every night and kept in constant communication with us. He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. He's incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of home renovation and we felt like he was always keeping our best interests at heart throughout the renovation. He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. At our final walkthrough, he had already caught and planned to address things we hadn't even noticed. Jeremy also did an incredible job with the kitchen tilework (among many other things)--it turned out beautifully. He was always helpful and stepped in anytime Brian wasn't available, which we really appreciated. Overall, MAST was a dream to work with. The whole team made the process easy, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Our project grew bigger as time progressed because I trusted them and we ended up adding a new roof and roof design too. Keith was honest in saying the work wouldn't start for months but living in the "slower, lower" peninsula here, it was not unexpected. The project did take a little longer to complete than we expected, but we had 2 project managers leave Clarksville during our project. However, Keith and Andrew Heath stepped up their game to fill in. Their field technicians like Keith Lockerman and Donnie, were a pleasure to work with and their experience led to some ideas we hadn't considered when particulars to the project came up. Clarksville also chose some good subcontractors! The man who put on our new metal roof was a skilled craftsman. We get many compliments on it from the neighbors. And the man who did our framing was very organized, one could tell he took great care in his work. We feel our project was money well spent. Thanks!

The quote from Luis was so low we thought that they would come back and tell us that they made a mistake. Nope. They just don't overcharge and they don't cut corners either. The work performed by Jose' and his team was flawless. The sucker actually took it upon himself to install the ceiling fan that we bought which was sitting in box outside the room! When done they cleaned up so that you never knew you had just finished a room. So yes; we were more than satisfied and you will be as well. I highly recommend this fellow and his company. Brian came highly recommended by two of our friends, and we couldn't have been better served. Brian and crew replaced the floor with hardwood, repaired and painted every wall, reworked the electrical system, and found and repaired some subfloor damage not noted in the inspection. Brian worked to our budget as unforeseen conditions were revealed, and was always conscious of our not-to-exceed estimate. Brian also has a good design sense, and made a couple of recommendations that turned out far superior to what we envisioned. You'll never meet a nicer person and crew. Michael Collins, Easton
