Also, there was a large, dirty bowl of eaten food sitting on the floor. But that's the least of their worries, unfortunately. Update: They responded to my review below by saying their secretary doesn't HAVE to shake anyone's hand, which is a disgusting cop out and only reinforces my suspicions. Also appeared to subtly threaten my occupational prospects (I left the company I worked for at the time of my own accord, so it doesn't matter but still low of them.) They also didn't deny the dirty plates on the floor; don't do business with these people. Update 2: Dave, the owner, saw my review and got in contact with my boss. We hopped on a conference call and when I asked if I would receive an apology from the woman directly, he told me it wouldn't happen because she "told him she feels bad" and that he would just get the review taken down. He also called me a "keyboard warrior" for decrying racist behavior. It's sad that people of color have to deal with such disrespect in the workplace. I was in need of professional to repair my carpet. It's been about 10+ years since the carpet was…read moreinstalled and each room had these carpet bumps. The carpet needed to be stretched. I am so happy to have found Brian. I was able to take a few pictures and he had me measure the square feet of the area/room that needed stretching. (The length and width of the entire room, multiply together to get the square feet. Brian got back to me quickly with a fair quote. Based on scheduling, we agreed on Friday morning from 830-9am. He was prompt and polite and showed up on time. I asked him to walk through the areas that needed stretching to make sure the agreed upon quote was still accurate. He got his tools and put booties on his shoes and began to work promptly. Now I know why he had me measure the entire square feet because the "ENTIRE" area needs stretched and not just the part with the bump. Brian is personable and I was able to able to find out that he has been doing carpet since he was 18 years old. He has over 40 years of experience! I was really impressed that he had the tools and knowledge on how to approach each room. I was able to get all the clutter and small stuff off the floor the night before. With his tools, he was able to stretch the carpet without moving too much. Each time I hire anyone to work on my house, I vet their past jobs and see if the customer is happy with the work and to see if it's a professional person devoted to the craft or someone with tools that watched some online videos. Brian is 100% legit. Pure professional, level 1000 mastery. I am so happy with the work that he did. Everything looks so much better. If you need anyone for carpet repair, carpet stretching, or carpet installation, I highly recommend Brian.

I told them to leave - two wasted days of staying home waiting. Beware of these guys.
