Update: They responded to my review below by saying their secretary doesn't HAVE to shake anyone's hand, which is a disgusting cop out and only reinforces my suspicions. Also appeared to subtly threaten my occupational prospects (I left the company I worked for at the time of my own accord, so it doesn't matter but still low of them.) They also didn't deny the dirty plates on the floor; don't do business with these people. Update 2: Dave, the owner, saw my review and got in contact with my boss. We hopped on a conference call and when I asked if I would receive an apology from the woman directly, he told me it wouldn't happen because she "told him she feels bad" and that he would just get the review taken down. He also called me a "keyboard warrior" for decrying racist behavior. It's sad that people of color have to deal with such disrespect in the workplace. Update 3: It seems as though they've either gotten the post removed or shadowbanned from review sites. Very sinister stuff.

His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. The overall cost was actually less than we were expecting. The work was completed in May while we were out of town and they were done by the time we returned home. Everything looked amazing but there were some areas that needed to be fixed/redone. Robbie continued to assist us in answering questions on how to clean our new flooring and helped us coordinate the final corrections that needed to be done since the contractor was slow at getting back to us. They came the next morning after Robbie got involved and the fixes were finally completed more than a month later. We absolutely love our new flooring.
