He could not reach out to me until I gave him a negative review. He had 4 days to tell me he had an emergency and couldn't show up. Only response was because of a bad review. Beware all .

He and/or his team showed up every day of the project and told us a time range for arrival. We set a goal timeframe at the beginning of each project. With the exception of a materials delay, he met the initial timeframe on one and, due to the materials, finished the second only two days after timeframe but we were aware and okay with the extra time. Most days someone was here by 8 am. They worked most of the day, focused on details, and cleaned up before they left each day. Erick was always accessible answering or returning most calls within an hour. We agreed on a budget for both projects, we paid him as milestones were met, and his estimates were reasonable. We did supply sinks, tubs, faucets and tiles. All in all, we were very happy with our results. We would hire him again.

Avoid using this company at all cost. I had two bathrooms remodeled by them 6 years ago and both…read moreare having to be redone. Initially they had left a pipe that they installed dripping in the wall. I found it after about 1.5 years and after fighting they did come back to repair it. Unfortunately, their repair is as shoddy as their initial work. I had to have the bottom of the shower completely replaced. In the master bathroom, they used about a third of the backing that they should have to affix the tiles. Grout continually came out and had to be regrouted. When my current contractor pulled the tiles off the walls he found that they were put on in a shoddy way. Instead of a solid sheet of material to attach the tile, it was only attached in random splotches. ( see picture ). I am having to spend over half again as much money to have this terrible job corrected.
