Our experience with Costco/Shaw Flooring/The Floor Source in Phoenix, Arizona was a very positive one. We had new hardwood flooring placed in our entire home. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. The floors are gorgeous! I can't say enough about the crew. They were skilled craftsman who knew their trade and laid the floors like true artisans. The crew came on time, worked hard all day long and were knowledgeable in addition taking the time to answer our questions and explain the installation schedule so that we could prep the rooms ahead of time. The initial timeframe for installation was 10 days. This crew completed it in 6 days! But, they did not shortcut anything. They stayed late each day ensuring that the floor was laid correctly and beautifully! Cy, our sales person at the Floor Source/Costco, was knowledgeable, worked with us on pricing and payment options and did not try to upsell us. He was genuinely interested in providing us with the best possible flooring. Cy brought us numerous hardwood flooring samples and let us keep them several days so that we could see the samples in different light. When we made a final decision, he confirmed that our choice was a great option and would make our home feel warm and inviting. I couldn't agree more! Some years ago, after a pipe burst in our kitchen, flooding the living & dining room areas & main hallway, we needed new carpet & pads. Floor Source was the business our plumbing contractor recommended & we got great service, beautiful carpet, thick padding & a GREAT price! Some years later, last July, we remodeled our family room, half bath & kitchen, choosingd, to remove the old, disgusting carpet & old, chipped tile. We called 2 businesses: 1 never showed up, the other sent a man who took measurements & recommended a tile (& carpet) store in Sun City. So.... We went to the store, found some plank & tile we liked &..... Never again heard from the business or the man who came & took measurements & recommended the store. So, back to Floor Source. We found EXACTLY the plank for our family room & half bath & ceramic tile for the kitchen & at a GREAT price. The first day of installation, the crew arrived right on time & worked almost straight through the day (10 hours). The crew returned the second day on time again & this time worked straight through from 6 a.m. to past 6 p.m. They did such a great job!! Now that we're going to remodel our master bath & possibly get rid of the carpet in the living/dining rooms & hallway, we won't even consider going elsewhere. The end result of my experience with Floor Source is a 5 star review, however, there were some hiccups along the way. There was one salesperson that maybe due to his lack of experience or knowledge gave us incorrect information and had poor follow up. He was very nice and when he did respond he was professional. Ultimately, we ended up working with Tom, the owner. It is clear that he has a passion for the business and strives to deliver excellent customer service, which he did. I strongly believe he also wants to instill this same passion in his employees and believe he will help the salesperson that assisted us with some learning and growth opportunities. The installer David Martinez and his team were beyond outstanding. They worked extended hours, into the weekend, were very knowledgeable and experienced, which came in handy for our 1938 home where nothing is ever simple, and were professional. The work they did was beautiful and we could not be happier. So our start with Floor Source was slightly challenged, but any roadblocks we had Tom and David were quick to overcome and delivered to us an exceptionally beautiful floor. read more

We wanted to get luxury vinyl plank flooring and did our due diligence. One of the bids we got was from a company who does heavy marketing on Facebook and had decent reviews. They were our first bid. We then contacted Dave Andrews at Floor Source AZ to come out and give us a bid as well. Dave beat the bid of the first company we contacted-and Dave (and Floor Source) had pretty amazing reviews, so we decided to go with them to install 1340 square feet of Moda Living, "Endless Summer" LVP. Dave was extremely easy to work with-had answers to our many questions and was very patient with us through the whole process. The Floor Source installers (David Cosma and his brother) were amazing and completed the job in 3 1/2 days -when the estimated time was 5 days! Keep in mind this included tearing up a LOT of tile as well Dave also came out after the flooring was done to make sure that everything was good to go. The crew worked like clockwork, each one knowing exactly their responsibility. They said the room, (which was large), would be completed in one day, and they did it! Daniel at Floor Source was highly recommended by a good friend of mine who has used his services for her rentals & real estate customers. So I called Daniel, he came out the next day with some samples, measured my floors, gave me a bid to do the work and was able to schedule his crew to do the work in my timeframe, which was the next week. I am happy to say that I am thrilled with my new flooring, I chose wood laminate and they are beautiful!!! The guys who did the actual installation were all very friendly, polite and profession while in my home. I am especially delighted with the 3 different staircases that were done; the one set of 4 stairs going down into my Family Room was done so beautifully that it is a "work of art"!!!!! My new flooring has made a tremendous difference in the look of my home and I feel that it will really help in finally selling my home. We had a great experience from start to finish with Floor Source and would use them again in a heartbeat! Dave Andrews was our sales representative and also came to do the measure for our new carpeting in our family room, dining/living room and the master bedroom. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Dave worked with us on scheduling and made sure we had the install team that was best for our particular job. We were thrilled with Mario and his installation team! They were on time, wore masks and worked very efficiently. All of our questions were answered regarding the install and Mario and his team did a great job moving our furniture and then making sure it was all back in place after they had vacuumed the new carpeting. Jarod Alexander with Floor Source recently installed new tile flooring in my kitchen. He did an outstanding job and my kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. I had a wonderful experience using Floor Source. We recently moved to the area and wanted to redo the floors in a few of the rooms in our home to match the existing floors. 2 years ago I purchased 1250 sq ft of bamboo flooring from a famous discount store and had it installed for $8,500. The installer did a less than a good job installing and the flooring began to cup within six months. The discount store did not stand behind the product nor the installer. I bit the bullet and decided to correct my error. I received 3 quotes to furnish, and install a new top-of-the line Shaw engineered wood floor. I decided to go with Floor Source because of their reputation. It was an excellent decision. I worked with Jarod who arranged everything including the installation crew. Now less than 3 weeks later I have a beautiful floor. The sales process was remarkably efficient, and Luis Hernandez installed the floor with great precision, care and knowledge. I had laminate floor done in 2 rooms in my house by Floor Source and I can't say enough good things about them. Daniel was very helpful and friendly when I called. He set up an appointment to come to my house with some samples and he measured everything quickly. I got the estimate emailed to me the next day. They were able to do the work just a few days later and they did such an excellent job! I had gone to Home Depot first to try to get an idea of how much it would cost, and the estimate they gave me was outrageous for sub-par materials. I have never written any reviews before but felt I should give a big thumbs up to Daniel and Floor Source. I highly recommend them to anyone considering new flooring. We did a remodel and replaced all of our old tile and carpet through the entire house. From my first visit to the showroom when I met Daniel everything was handled promptly, with professionalism and overall was a great experience. I received apples-to-apples bids from three places and Floor Source was the best bid and so good to deal with. We started our floor replacement journey at Costco and there was not a disappointing moment. Jarod was our salesperson from Floor Source. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and came to the house during the installation to ensure that things were going smoothly. The crew from Diaz Flooring took great care since I had just had my kitchen and bathroom cabinets refinished the year before. I had extra padding that I wanted to add to protect them before they started, and they took over and did it in addition to their coverings. They completed the job ahead of schedule and that is always a plus and a pleasant surprise. So, Costco has an excellent vendor in Floor Source, and they have a great crew in Diaz Flooring. WOW, were we impressed by Floor Source!! My wife and I came from California and looked around for a specific area rug that was very difficult to match with our furniture. We traveled all over the north Phoenix area but no one had what we were looking for, let alone customer service that seemed to care about what WE wanted. We heard about Floor Source from a good friend who said they could get ANYTHING we were looking for, so we went down there. I went through the Costco flooring program, and worked with Cy Dalberg, who was very prompt in responding initially, and throughout my flooring project, to all my questions and concerns. I had all three bedrooms' carpeting removed and new tile installed to match the tile that is throughout the rest of the house. I couldn't be happier! My flooring installers were Adan and Alex. They were wonderful. They did a great job, were prompt, experienced, and professional. I can't say enough good about them! I am very happy they were the installers! Floor Source installed our carpet in the bedrooms but we found our tile at a different store. At first we are going to order the tile online , but the shipping cost would be $700 and there could be broken tiles. So we called Floor Source, they beat the price by $2 sq ft, their installers were amazing! They listened to my ideas on layout and made great suggestions. There were 3 men, getting the job done in 2 1/2 days! There tile cuts were perfection. They had to cut a 40 inch wood plank porcelain tile lengthwise and it had no chips! After grouting they washed the floor like three times and the baseboards were bright white. I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you Dave for helping us out!! read more

After shopping around we decided to go with Floor Source. They have very experienced & knowledgeable staff and are reasonably priced. Jarod came out and measured our home so we could replace the existing 20 year old tile with new plank flooring. Due to supply chain issues we had trouble finding the exact look & quality we were after so Floor Source worked with us on a special order. Jarod went out of his way to keep us up to date on the order and it was well worth the wait. Everyone that stops by is commenting on how much bigger and open our house looks. Jarod Alexander, our Representative came to our home with all the samples and took the time to explain the different types carpeting, go over pricing, measure and leave us the information to discuss.
