After getting estimates from other companies, Concept Materials had a competitive estimate and I felt they would do the best quality work. This job involved replacing a cheap vinyl wood floor with durable SPC. The scope was a living room, 4 steps, and a hallway. Each day two guys arrived on time. Because the subfloor was not flat, they had to pour concrete to level the floor. Overall, they did an excellent job and cleaned everything well. Like many projects there were some unexpected issues, and Gene handled each issue quickly with a good solution.
