Now here is my experience- from a real Yelper. :) They were quick to schedule us in for an appointment. We called this company because we received a coupon in the mail for their company. The coupon was for 15% off carpet cleaning. They arrived- in fact, they were early! :) This was a mother and son team. They were very friendly. They came in with what appeared to be a small steam cleaner- only it didn't steam clean. Is it rented? I don't know. I have had my carpets cleaned by Stanley, and they come in with huge equipment and many products and protective booties and whatnot. They cleaned our living room, dining room, stairs and bedroom- for a total of 767 square feet, for $397. We presented them with the coupon, but they said they wouldn't honor it because it was another franchise. What????? We were then told our dog cannot be anywhere near the carpet for 2 hours! What kind of chemicals are they using? ugh. The carpet looks decent- cleaner than it was for sure. There are still many stains (we recently purchased the home, so they are not our stains). I'm not sure if they will come up or not if we went with another company. I was surprised they were out of here in less than an hour. I was surprised they didn't honor the coupon. They did an alright job, but next time, I will hire the bigger company, and I will pay less. :) P.S. I called Southwest Chem Dry, and they would have charge $158 less!

It's certainly not a 5-star 24-hour coin laundry operation (not a single massage chair in sight, champagne (or ANY tipple) isn't offered) but the staff is accommodating and the equipment works. Some suggestions: 1. Use the largest washing machine possible - $6.00 and worth it. 2. Divide your drying load across 2-3 machines (that's just thermodynamically sound advice) 3. READ the dryer cost structure. It's $0.25 for six minutes. NOT $6.00 for six minutes... (Yeah - I know - but she's kind enough to give me my unused money back when I'm done...

After going here for probably going on four years now, enough is enough. I'm done. Most of the…read moretime, I have the same order, my 3 work shirts and 3 pair of pants. My only request is Heavy starch and creased sleeves on the shirts. I am in the Hotel industry, so I need my work clothes looking crisp and professional. They do fine with the heavy starch. No problems there. My shirts are usually like cardboard, but that's how I like it. But, for some reason, they just can not master the art of putting a crease in the sleeve of a shirt. It is hit or miss. One time they will do it, the next they don't. It is even written on the work order ticket about always crease sleeves and heavy starch. So, after talking with the girls that work there and that not really helping the situation much, I decided to speak with the manager. I explained to her my situation and she apologized and said she would make sure it was right on my next order. I told her I was going to stop bringing my stuff here if they couldn't do what I want. Sure enough, it was perfect. Great. So, this last week, I drop off only 2 shirts and was going to drop the other off, the next day, after I picked up my order. So, my 2 shirts are not creased. The next day, I go to pick up my other shirt and I speak with the manager again. I am wearing my work shirt to show her the uncreased sleeves. She says she is sorry again and says she will check my shirt I am picking up to make sure it is right. I tell her, it doesn't matter if it is right or not, because I am not coming back anyway. As it turns out, this shirt was uncreased, as well. My problem with the whole situation is that this manger showed very little real concern for my situation. Yes, she apologized, but she could have done more. Like maybe taking the time to ensure that when they received my order, she PERSONALLY checked it to ensure it was done correctly. Especially, after I told here I was not going to come back if they didn't fix this problem. Even then, after me picking up this last shirt, she didn't even attempt to get me to reconsider not bringing my stuff here. Not saying I would or would not, but at least ATTEMPT to continue doing business whit a loyal customer of 4 years. And to make matters worse, she said something about them combining two stores orders, or some BS. Not my business. I don't care about that. I don't need to know about that. Not my problem. Don't make excuses. To me, she just did not show the kind of concern for her business that I would have expected. So, needless to say, I will not return there.
