NEVER EVER have we had a carpet come out this clean!!!! We had stains left by previous owners, stains from a new puppy, mystery stains from a teenager! Our stairs were so bad we just knew that we were going to have to rip out and start over. I needed to buy sometime as we are not in the position to replace right now. We just wanted a bandaid. Make it better short term. What we received was a carpet that looks and feels new!! Joel took the time to explain to me the cleaner and his approach. He and his son moved furniture (I moved all Knick Knacks and easy stuff) and placed back on plastic. He also cleaned my sofa. (Added cost but well worth it) He even left me with a small amount of cleaner for spot cleaning! This was a whole house job, stairs and sofa. Very reasonable price and took about 3 hours for a thorough job! It took approximately 2 1/2 hours more to dry.
