They respected our home and furniture, even though the furniture was in rough shape. They exemplify what a professional company should strive to be. Do not miss the opportunity to hire Exquisite Tile and Carpet Cleaning.

They left my area rug dirtier then before they "cleaned" it and now it's stiff (not fluffy like before). They don't deserve even 1 star, but I'm unable to write the review otherwise.

First, I would like to say, look at the reviews....the one by Debra T is fake- she has only…read morereviewed this company, and she looks surprisingly similar to the person who came here to clean... hmmm... Now here is my experience- from a real Yelper. :) They were quick to schedule us in for an appointment. We called this company because we received a coupon in the mail for their company. The coupon was for 15% off carpet cleaning. They arrived- in fact, they were early! :) This was a mother and son team. They were very friendly. They came in with what appeared to be a small steam cleaner- only it didn't steam clean. Is it rented? I don't know. I have had my carpets cleaned by Stanley, and they come in with huge equipment and many products and protective booties and whatnot. They cleaned our living room, dining room, stairs and bedroom- for a total of 767 square feet, for $397. We presented them with the coupon, but they said they wouldn't honor it because it was another franchise. What????? We were then told our dog cannot be anywhere near the carpet for 2 hours! What kind of chemicals are they using? ugh. The carpet looks decent- cleaner than it was for sure. There are still many stains (we recently purchased the home, so they are not our stains). I'm not sure if they will come up or not if we went with another company. I was surprised they were out of here in less than an hour. I was surprised they didn't honor the coupon. They did an alright job, but next time, I will hire the bigger company, and I will pay less. :) P.S. I called Southwest Chem Dry, and they would have charge $158 less!

Kyle recently cleaned the carpet in our bedrooms and all the upholstered furniture, and everything came out great. We were hesitant given they are a carpet cleaning company. But we had tried other leather cleaning "experts" in the past with mediocre results. When he was done cleaning the sofa it looked almost brand new. Attached is a picture of the before and after. We were so pleased with all the work they did, and the price was very fair.
