We've used several carpet cleaning companies in the past, and Neapolitan Carpet Cleaning is the best. Kyle recently cleaned the carpet in our bedrooms and all the upholstered furniture, and everything came out great. When we asked if he could recommend a good leather cleaner for our sofa, he said that he could try cleaning it, admitting this wasn't their core service but was willing to give it a try. We were hesitant given they are a carpet cleaning company. But we had tried other leather cleaning "experts" in the past with mediocre results. When he was done cleaning the sofa it looked almost brand new. Attached is a picture of the before and after. We were so pleased with all the work they did, and the price was very fair. Area rugs in the condo were 7 years old and some had been "stained" by our old dog. Neapolitan was recommended by a neighbor so we said yes. Brandon showed up and in less than an hour had the main area rug cleaned and had also done the two smaller rugs. They look spectacular. I had forgotten how good they looked when new. Brandon did a great job. He worked cleanly and quickly and was polite and professional. The price was quite reasonable. We found out too late for today that Neapolitan also does tile and grout cleaning. We'll have them back for that job very soon. read more

Extremely disappointed . I made in mid October, a cleaning appointment for the second week of November, with this company who has done my carpet cleaning for 3 years. I was given 11/6 between 2 and 4 as my date and time. This was perfect. The hours went by and no cleaner. I called and was informed that I really had been given Wednesday the 7th between 1 and 2. I knew this was wrong but did not argue, wanted my carpet cleaned before the arrival of my guests. Again the time ticked by and nobody showed. I called and was assured that the fellow was running late and would be there. Nobody ever came and by 5 PM I was livid. They tried mightily to confuse the issue and blame it on a new system, but the bottom line was, no service was ever performed. Nor will I ever call them again. Who was once reliable is no longer to be considered as someone who gets the job done. read more

Very disappointed in Neapolitan Carpet cleaning service. I had an appointment from 1-3 pm and waited until 3:30 pm. Tech did call me to make me aware he was late. I was okay with that except I moved all the furniture around in my condo. Just moved in and wanted a really good clean and thought I was making it easier to clean by being prepared. I am 60 years old and it was not easy to move all the furniture. Prior to making the appointment I was told they have cleaned carpets in my complex. When tech arrived he could not find a water source. In my hometown the trucks do not need a water source as the water comes from the truck. They told me they did clean carpets in my complex and this is their profession not mine. It was now after 4 pm and he did not even ask if he could move a few of the heavier objects. He just told me to get the service they provide on another day that does not require a water source. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this company at all. So after he left I spend an hour putting back all the furniture. Get a company that knows their business. read more
