Now here is my experience- from a real Yelper. :) They were quick to schedule us in for an appointment. We called this company because we received a coupon in the mail for their company. The coupon was for 15% off carpet cleaning. They arrived- in fact, they were early! :) This was a mother and son team. They were very friendly. They came in with what appeared to be a small steam cleaner- only it didn't steam clean. Is it rented? I don't know. I have had my carpets cleaned by Stanley, and they come in with huge equipment and many products and protective booties and whatnot. They cleaned our living room, dining room, stairs and bedroom- for a total of 767 square feet, for $397. We presented them with the coupon, but they said they wouldn't honor it because it was another franchise. What????? We were then told our dog cannot be anywhere near the carpet for 2 hours! What kind of chemicals are they using? ugh. The carpet looks decent- cleaner than it was for sure. There are still many stains (we recently purchased the home, so they are not our stains). I'm not sure if they will come up or not if we went with another company. I was surprised they were out of here in less than an hour. I was surprised they didn't honor the coupon. They did an alright job, but next time, I will hire the bigger company, and I will pay less. :) P.S. I called Southwest Chem Dry, and they would have charge $158 less!

They were very professional while looking over the home, about 2200 square feet, and figuring out how much work they were going to have to do. We agreed upon an estimated cost and they arrived the next week to handle the job. I was very relieved that I could accomplish this task while not being in town. The folks were very polite and did a great job. I would definitely call them if you need a good move out or move in cleaning. I think they are pretty booked up so if you are needing regular service you may have to wait a little while for an open date.
